To use the First United Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a First United Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Every time I try to log in there is a log in error and I have to call to rest my password. It's very irritating when all I want to do is check my balance. I have had nothing but problems with their app since the First American buy out.

It'd be cool if the app worked in real time. I'm glad I don't fully rely on it before I buy things. I've made purchases and it's taken 2 or 3 days to show up on the app. The old app would show it immediately. It's gets frustrating.

I just downloaded the new app, and I like it a lot. I found a couple of noticeable glitches though: 1) So far, every time I've had a pop-up that says "Are you sure about this action?" or something, the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons were invisible, 2) Messages keeps saying that I have 1 unread message and no messages at the same time, and 3) this is an OCD grammar thing but in the tutorial, the use of "cards" and "card's" were backwards ("cards" was used for possession & "card's" was used for pluralism).
