I have been trying to get the Emergency call out for a lift engineer. The phone number advertised is not accepting calls. Trying to navigate to the live chat is a minefield so why has this at the worse moments happening, get you act together HALTON HOUSING

Have terrible trouble every time I try and contact HHT, we can rarely get an answer to a telephone call, and contacting on line is virtually an impossible task, which leaves myself completely frustrated, I have today tried to report a fault that I am unable to rectify, so tried to report it in person,at your premise, only to find that it is now a human unfriendly area, resulting in myself reflecting an unfriendly attitude in return, which is not my normal psych,, something needs to be done to make your system a bit more user friendly, as I am sure that on browsing some of the woeful reports, I am not the only Customer to think this. I have only put one star because it is a requirement, not because I think it merits even one.

Can't get on to site password not accepted try change its a no go,so overall not good for me.

This app is so difficult to get onto!!!! Asking for a password I don't remember m and no way to change it. It has taken me about five months to get access on to Halton Housing Trust website. I just hope it is going to be of use to me from now on? It takes me at least half an hour to contact Halton Housing Trust by phone!!! I hope this way is faster to stay in touch

Tried to report a job and couldn't get through on the phone again! After listening to your stupid repetitive message urging me to download the app I gave in, I downloaded this app and tried to report the job giving a full description just to be told there was a problem with data? Now what? Guess I'm going to be freezing for another day... no surprise with hht. If your going to condemned every fire at least make sure the pipes, radiators and boiler work properly!!!! #angry customer
