ampm Scratch Power

I been using the app for quite some time now and I tried to redeem in Oct the candies I won and the gas station screwed up and made me lose my prize. Now keeps glitching not giving me the prize I won to save now still never addressed the fact that I've lost 5 different prizes because they messed up

Ummm... why does it keep telling me action required, 2 or 3 times in a row, it shows me no pictures as I scratch, then I don't find out I won until hours later, when I'm home, and nowhere near AMPM?

Use to work much better, prior to updating. "action required" keeps popping up for no reason and no longer gives me my scratchers for the last few days after checking in.

I don't know why I bother with your stupid app. Either they don't have the item I win or the code doesn't work.

I won the 25 dollars gas pump pass and I received it thanks am pm very good app but crashes on my s7edge need help

App needs to be connected to WiFi to claim prize really sucks now

Use to love this app but since a month ago I get a pop up message saying unable to complete action now and doesn't let me win anything anymore. App crashes and won't get any better with the latest update. Its a shame since im an ampm customer and always go there..

This appt used to be good, but since up date it's a waste of battery. 1. You have to be on a wi-fi to scratch. 2. If you win any thing and put it in the wallet it disappears as soon as you open the wallet, and i just scratched and won that morning. I'm going to delete and have friends delete out also.

Used to win burgers, hotdogs and coffee all the time now I only win buy something to get something and I saved up 40 scratchers and won 4 things all I had to buy something nothing is free anymore

The app was a ok until the latest updates. I went to redeem my free coffee and the barcode didn't show up. I ended up paying for it. Fix this and I'll probably give a higher rating.

Stupid app now drains my battery to 0% very very quickly even after closing it. Plus the Habibs can't ring up anything i won anymore. What's the point. I shouldn't get gas there anyway with their bs $.35 debit card surcharge. Deleting and getting gas at Costco.

Used to work, now the update broke it, it wont let me use the scratchers unless im connected to wifi, currently have 9 scratchers but cant use them since it says unable to complete action, it only works if connected to wifi, fix it

it would be great if the app didn't require internet / wi-fi or whatever this app would get 5 stars if this changed

It says you can check in daily to get new scratchers, hasnt let me check in for over 3 days now. Scam.

Used up 17% of my battery since the last full charge and I never even opened it.

Update: Also, apparently if your phone locks while you're trying to redeem a coupon, it'll shut down and you'll lose the offer regardless of whether you've redeemed it yet or not. This rewards app is junk. Download the 7-Eleven one. At least their offers work. It's ok. It's basically their way of giving you coupons in the form of a scratchers game and maybe every once every few months a freebie. I personally don't like it and would prefer just a standard rewards app like 7-Eleven or Loop. Also the music and the mascot are kind of annoying.

Haven't won anything ever since they introduced that stupid creature animation. This was the last thing keeping me from going to competing gas stations, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Haven't won anything in weeks. Won all the time when it first came out. Waste of space app now! And by the looks of it, I'm not the only one who thinks so.

What's the point if the cashier can't redeem any of the prizes, I won a free sandwich and the idiots at the store couldn't figure it out... uninstalling this pointless app.

Ever since the update, it's impossible to win anything. Out of the past 36 scratch cards, Zero wins. Thats 12 days worth of checking into an AM PM. If you do hit the miracle win. Its a free scratch card that turns out to be a loser. Or a very much useless buy a 22oz drink and get a small bag of candy. This prize is useless for people like me who is on a diet and no longer eats processed sugar. If next update doesnt change, deleting app.

It completely froze on me and now it just doesn't want to start, keeps freezing on the main screen and I loved this app so much... plz help?
