My Premier Credit Card for Android
Ever since the last update I can't check my account. It keeps telling me it's unavailable. And on the website it tells me that it's the wrong password! You guys gotta fix this
It's ok. You can check your balance and transactions, but that's about it. I want to be able to pick a date and schedule a payment with my debit card, not my bank account, without needing to go to the Internet. My Capital One app is suuuuper easy! PLEASE IMPROVE.
This app is horrible. I try to log in and it keeps saying my account is not available or that it doesn't exist. Fix this!!! Ill be canceling card if you don't
Worst credit card company to deal, they charge too much interest rates plus a $ 14.50 something every months either you using your card or not, basically you gonna paying 30 to 40 dllrs just in interest rates and monthly services Big L for them

App is simple but useful.
This app is in serious need of a major upgrade/update. Here recently it will not open. I'm trying to make my payment (before the due date) and all I'm getting is a flashing white screen. My other CC's have awesome, great apps. This cards app plain sucks. Payments started out low, now have increased. Had this card for awhile and no increase. As a matter of fact, do not increase my balance. I'm paying it off and cancelling.
When i first got the app for my card it worked fine. now im having problems even getting on it to check my balance. I made a payment with a debit card and it does post fast, but after that I cant get on the app. SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG HERE! You pay them enough money to get the card and maintain it and you get screwed! After I pay off my little balance they give you Im done with them!...
This app is useful. If you use the website frequently then this app will be your best friend. I track my payments and make payments. It is supper easy to follow and fast to processing system. I'm not sure what everyone else is doing but I have been a customer for 2 years. Great company to get a credit card with and my credit score has increase tremendously in the last 2 years. After seeing so many negative reviews I'm not sure what the fuss is about. I've had my credit cards for years and have never had an issue. I'm happy they finally got an app. I get an occasional timeout issue but overall works fine. Can easily make payments and check my accounts. If I do need to call, customer service has always been pleasant and helpful.
This app is pretty straight to the point. Idk why there are so many bad reviews. I had issues logging in when I first got it and I called them, it can take a couple days for your account to register on the app, so basically people are not giving the allotted time and not being patient. Good app though!
Works fine, when it works, which is perhaps 75% of the time. It often fails to load, or worse, you get through step one of the login and it freezes. I have gotten through step 2 and have had it freeze. As I write this, I cannot get into it. The layout is ok, but not the best. At least it exists, so there is that after all.
Error 400, request home name is invalid. How can that be? Can you fix it please? Note 5. Won't let me log in, keeps on saying the same thing. If this isn't fixed, I will cancel my card next year, or sooner. I need to know if I have a bill or not.
Worst of the worst!!! I'm constantly being harassed by these people calling my phone before my payment due date!Is this some type of joke??? I almost lost my job due to my phone constantly ringing during working hours! I understand if they call after the grace period, but for Christ sake,why do these people think its ok to harass someone before the due date!?? I would not recommend this credit card ever!!! Sorry!!
This app is all but useless. The only thing I used it for was to check my balance and available credit. As of today, I can't even do that: when I open the app it says "Error - Invalid Host Name". Both the app and their website are not user-friendly. I regret opening this account.
Something is wrong with the site. The page isn't loading just blinking a white page nothing on it. And also I've had this card for a while and they haven't even given me an increase, xox after paying my card Im cutting them off..!!!!
When I first got my card I had issues getting into my account, but once I finally got in I have never had another issue with the app!!! I do agree that the app needs a much needed update, however it works just fine. Would like to see the fingerprint option being a choice for sign-ins so my information can't be seen by onlookers. Also an option of paying with your debit card thru the app instead of having to call in my payment, I don't always have my card handy to enter the 16 digit account number if you could pay that thru the app then that wouldn't be an issue anymore. Other then those issues there's no problems with sign-ins or other issues with the app, just an update!!!
I have 2 cards with First Premier for the purpose of bldg crdt. But I am very careful & responsible with my credit so I'm looking to replace these 2 cards with more prestigious cards now. The cust serv is ok but the app is outdated & I too have experienced pretty much all the issues other users have described. First Premier is serving their purpose but I'm not satisfied with them and look forward to moving on.
I just downloaded yesterday and it was working just fine. Go in today to make a payment it's like the app has crashed. Also they call days before my payment is due. I thought it was a scam someone trying to get my information because payment wasn't due. Plz update app
Rated 2 stars cuz the app use to give you the option of paying your bill by debit card. They removed this option and now send you to 3rd party website to pay by Western Union for an additional fee!!! Absurd. You should be able to do everything in the app!! The free option is to use your checking account (like a check) but they don't tell you it takes like 2 weeks even after posting to your account, before you have your credit funds available again. They are in the business of making money and don't make it convenient for you to manage your account the way you want to. Plus their fees are extremely high!! App has bad views for a reason -keep that in mind!!! Would NEVER recommend.
When I first started using this app it worked GREAT!! But, now I keep getting no response from this app after installing and uninstalling twice to keep receiving Bad Host: http//internet connection or No service to this app...smh I no longer give this app a thumbs up, more of a thumbs down until this error is corrected.
This app is just not up to par with others I use. It's not easy to access. And now it won't even load to let me login to make a payment...whats the point in an app if it's just as complicated as using the web version?
This app needs slot of work. It's been pretty bad since I've had my card early this year and I've seen no improvement. Crashes a lot and just an overall poor design
Wow .... They've done everything I was scared of. I'm 35 never had a credit card because I scared. This card has gave me complete anxiety. Calls before due date, app isn't working, and customer service ask me for more than my balance. Please ensure me that I didn't make a big mistake.
I have been using them for 2 years. The app is very slow and does not update everyday. It seems like Premier takes and takes but truly never gives back to the Customer. Please update your App Premier ????????
This is a poor app. Says you can use fingerprint to sign in but no you cant. No settings for it. Poor layout and lack of organization. Makes me want to cancel my card and go somewhere else.
Nothing works. It just spins and flashes. The website won't even load. I've seen horrible reviews on the customer service so I don't want to call them. Ugh. I can't stand dysfunctional...update. Got the app to work. But not really. Can't log in. Just repeats over and over. It's garbage.
Worst credit card App available!. It won't allow me to download my monthly statements, pay my account or give me account balance accurately. It's going to cause me to close my account which I'm sure they won't mind. Keep up or get out of the way!
I used this app months ago and was great. Just got a new phone Note 5 and installed the app and does not work. As alot of others are saying app just blinks over and over white blinking screen and nothing comes up. They need an update fix. Hopefully soon as it was a decent app before
Times out. Can't get in half the time. I have 2 banking and 3 other credit card apps that work great. You provide mobile access for a reason, I like to have mobile access and do not want to have to call customer service. I am very frustrated
Good app but outdated. Csr is just fine. It's the population who doesn't know what your doing in the first place. Don't be cussing out someone because you didn't read the fine print. My card has worked perfect for me and built my score from nothing. The only scam going on is people who don't read agreement's then cuss a csr out over high interest.
Please do not sing in this offer, this is a scam why: 1. As an offer as for to much info and also ask you for a activation payment an accurate offer never ask for inicial payments. 2.they do not even have branches near your location only in texas so "how did they get your info, and so many little things that you have to carefully check out. So my advice do not take this offer it is officially a scam.
Absolutely STUPID app. I go to enroll, get told I'm already enrolled and to reenter my login. I enter my info and gets told my password is incorrect. I click "forgot my password" only to wait for an email to take me to THE LOGIN JUST TO BE TOLD MY INFO IS INCORRECT. Idk what kind of labyrinth this app is trying to put me through. But after this I TRULY do not even want my card anymore! ????????????
This app was great up until latest update. Now I can't even get on it. Frustrated with the blinking white screen. Please fix or I will have to uninstall. Will give more stars when you fix this
I can NEVER login and it's the most frustrating thing. I begin to wonder do they do it on purpose so we can't micro manage our accounts. I am looking to cancel because this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
to be honest.. when i applied online and added my opening security deposit of $200.. after submitting it says I was approved. But they were going to take off -$50 for the processing fee which will leave me with $150 after opening. Anyways, when I received the card, i activate it but when I try enrolling online it says my card is not valid and that my security deposit is null.. which is scheduled or processing. I was tripping out.. thought it was a bs stupid scam. I left it alone for a day.. then the following day I called the number on the back of the card and entered my 16 digit card and so on.. that's finally when the automated responded that my account is activated as of today and dropped down my payments and available balance and which $20 can be used as cash advanced. That's when I hopped on my phone and try enrolling for the mobile app and yayy.. finally! So it really isnt a scam yall!
And already i cant even enroll on this app! Im worried that applying to this company was a scam as it is and this app not working makes me worry even more. I only worry cause i had to pay a $95 activation fee. What if i paid and this account was a scam? Fix the app! Till then ill have to research somemore so i can see how much i even have on this card if its even legit!
I go and make two payments no one tells me that there was something wrong with account number. Then when I was told I can do debit for payment I made $200 payment the.then the following day I find out the account is closed. I don't hav tim for this bullshit.You guys will not be the ones to help me get my credit back up. There's no communication or proper Customer service. This place just wants to take your money don't do it. They are unprofessional bussniess. Especially when I'm trying to build my credit...

This app sucks. Used to be able to log in and check my balance pay my bill see transactions then some idiot did a update to it and now i cant log into it. Have called customer service and tech support numerous times and the idiot i got is telling me that it is my wireless provider that is keeping me from getting the update. funny thing is this has been going on for 6 months now and the app has updated at least three times in that time. So it isn't my wireless provider. Why fix something if t isn't broken. Only reason this gets one star is because google tells me i have to give it one
