So many security questions, it's ridiculous.

App crashes all the time.

Would be great if they offered direct deposit by taking a picture of my cks.

I don't know why but just about every time I try to check my account it gives me a repeating message to call bank because it won't let me in and that's even without having the opportunity to put in my information. I wish they would get this dam thing fixed so I could use the app instead of having to wait till the next business day to call the bank to get the thing straightened out. This is very annoying and very inconvenient, it also when you hit the OK button to confirm that you have to call the number provided it comes right back up you can't go out of it without restarting your phone .

I have to uninstall and reinstall. The old app was better!

This is the way I have paid my bills for over 5 years your most recent update has narrowed down the options, the site is now very limited, I hate it and yes I downloaded Firefox

I like the app and it seems so much better since the big update. It's hot some bugs but they are slowly working them out.

Way out dated

While it's convenient to check your account it's very limited. You don't know what items are pending you think your balance is fine because all your items are listed...then they get posted and your balance changes!! Every time my phone times out or i want to use my calculator i have to log back in! Wishing I stayed with Chase! Not impressed!!

ATTENTION READ THIS IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS AFTER THE UPDATE. I just spoke with a service rep on the phone. Like many others i couldn't access my account after the update. To login first go to first harrison's website and use your old user ID as the new "access ID". Your password will be the last 4 of your social #. Once logged you will be prompted to change your password and create security questions. Hope this helps!! The overall design of the app seems like an improvement, but it would have been nice to have been better informed of these changes.

The app for first Harrison bank was great. They changed it. Now I can't log in. I can't do anything. I can't reach anyone at the phone number provided. This app is literally worthless, a piece of junk.

Since the update this app doesn't work at all. I used this app every day several times a day and it doesn't work. I even tried going back and using the I banking site and followed update instructions and nothing. Please fix this.

Usually works but locked me out of app so I updated then it lost all my info.

I hate their new online banking to check your account!!! Its awful!

Since your update this app is useless maybe you should run more test before implementation of changes

I've been answering security questions over and over (+10x for some questions) for the past 30 minutes but am I in my account? Nope! Btw I don't have nieces or nephews so obviously don't know their names but can't skip the question... Hate this new bank.

Endless questions that don't apply to me. I kind of have to know how much money I have. Very irritated about this.

They need to redo their databases or something. This is such a hassle.

All I ever get is system errors and security questions. It was working for a while. But it stopped again. Terrible.

First Harrison bank is awesome. Have never had a problem and glad they have a mobile app now.
