You will need to register your electric account online to take advantage of the billing features, and enroll in eBill to view your entire bill statement. As much as I LOVE apps that don't have a built in "close" or "exit" feature (including the BACK button) I'm afraid this one disappointed me. In addition to the aforementioned lack of one of the most basic features an app can have, this one also has a finicky payment system (I had to put in my payment amount 4 time before I realized you have to hit "go" on the keyboard or the app will not recognize the numbers). Since paying the bill is probably what 95% of people are downloading this app to do... 2 stars.

Definitely needs the ability to use back to close the app. Also need to add ability to enter meter reading. Already setup for auto billing so option to pay bill is a bit pointless.

I put my username and password in and it seems like it signs in but says in red letters that there was an error in accessing the account
