Money Network® Mobile App for Android
It say you get paid early when you sine up but I have been using this app for the last 2 months and I don't like the fact I don't know when my work pay will arrive on my card. I've had payments for 2 months from 12am to 5am that arrived on my card. With that been said, I may as well wait until pay day or go to another bank card company. I'm very upset I switched from Chime because the pay was early as well as it arrived at the same time each time my pay came.
I like this app because it's pretty easy to use but I'm having problems with deposited my via the app. It keeps saying that my zipcode is incorrect. It's trusting because sometimes I don't have time to go to Wal-Mart and deposit my through there. I prefer to just use the but it won't let which is frustrating... please fix this. Thank yoy.
I love this app. Pretty much everything I want to do with my account; but, im only giving 4 stars because MN sent me a letter with how to find my acct & routing, I go a long while reading just find out can't do it. I read further, just to see " This version of the Money Network Mobile app is required." ???? So I goes to update my app and there's no way for me to update & get the new version of the MN app.
The app has been ok. I can see my balance, move money into "piggy banks" which are like designated savings accounts, kind of. There are features offered thru this app that have not worked for me. I have it set to notify me when a deposit is made to my account, or when there is an atm withdrawal or when my account falls below a certain amount. I have never received a notification. I don't have an option to view my paystub. And I ordered a secondary card for my husband, but I can't transfer money to it thru the app! That would be SO convenient! Instead I have to call to transfer money to the secondary card.... In addition to all that, I have not been able to add money to my account, other than direct deposit. They say there are ways, and I have tried 3 or 4 different times to add money to my account but have been told that I can't do it. That is very annoying. I would love to be able to add money when I need to, but that is an issue with money network, not necessarily the app. This app is good for viewing your balance... That's about it.
I never even got to use the app because it doesn't recognize my birth date as being valid. February 29th may only come around once every 4 years but it does exist and I WAS BORN on THAT date!! #thisappistrash #validatethat
App was good at first. Now it has a new security feature to where i need to use a verification code that is sent to my email. I have requested code multiple times and have not got it. Changed emails as well and still didnt work. Called customer service and still not able to access it. Honestly about to give up on it.
I get extremely irritated with this app. I have not been able to access my account since I have had my pay deposited into their care. They have very polite cutomer service but that's about the only nice thing I can say about this network. Everytime I try and access my account, it keeps telling me that I have entered the wrong user ID or that I have entered the wrong password to the point that it locks me out of my own account. I advise that if you need a direct deposit, do NOT choose this particular network. It's more trouble than it's worth.
I was payed by my job a week ago and I've still had problems accessing my money even now. The first time I called they told me my information wasn't matching to what they had on file, which made no sense because it's the same information I'd faxed to them the first time. All they did was tell me to send the information again, so I did. They told me in two to three business days I would receive my money, it's been more than three days already and I still can't access my money. I called them again and finally was able to speak to a supervisor who'd told me that they received my info. but she couldn't read my I.D. This makes no sense because they could've contacted me so I could have resent my I.D. info. Horrible Horrible service and I don't recommend the app because for some reason money from my account is missing. Cannot wait till I switch to Wells Fargo or Chase.
This company is not secure.. My paycheck was stolen the second it hit my card!!! I live in Texas . but some how a person was able to get my card info and take my money.. This company will not get my money back for at least 45 days!!! The chip is the best way to provide the best security for you. Well guess what its not.
Great app until last 3 updates. Internal service error 503 or app will crash or just not work and freeze. Fix these problems please.
I love this app I can segregate my money when I get paid using the piggy bank feature so I don't over spend. This is an easy app to use. My pet peeve is it doesn't show pending transactions so if you are like me and check your balance a lot it's a little inconvenient especially when you have to go shopping at a ton of places and can't remember where your money went. However overall a great banking app
This bank just flat out stinks. Money was deposited in my account then 15 hrs later they decided it wasn't with their policy so they sent back my deposit and couldn't even tell me where they sent it back to. What a waste, don't even bother with them they are a joke.
This is based on customer service from company as a whole not individuals. 3 calls and was unable to get in touch with a supervisor. I understand their line of work. I was an inbound c.s.r. as well. The company has infuriating limitations. I havent experienced these issues with other banks. They need more updating. I'd prefer Wells Fargo or some other well established bank. This is just nonsense. After writing this I tried to once again get in touch with a supervisor, because there is only so much these poor reps can do. I tried four more times. Twice i was transferred to a line where i had 4 options....these options were names of towns...for examole: "for Santo Domingo please press 2." For (some town) press 3. When it comes to my money I expect greater care. This is an epic failure.
This app has been great so far but just now recently I have not been able to see my transactions and that is odd. I like this app it's easy for me to use and look at my account so could you please fix that thank you.
The website never seems to work right, won't let me even try to reset my password. Hopefully I can have better luck with the customer service than you all here.
Easy to use. Really wish it would show pending deposits instead of just a message that pops up as a notification. Then is gone after you read it. Other than that, its been great
I think that all corporate businesses that trusted Money Network to handle their employees paycheck should be made aware of the trouble with this App and Money Network. If all the companies that are using Money Network suddenly stop using them, that would be a great lost.
This app was perfect until the last few updates. Now, it forces me to enter a validation code sent to my email each time I access it from my phone. When I try to 'verify trusted device' it tells me an error has occurred and it can't be done. I finally got it to trust my laptop device when I logged on from there, but the full site has no access to piggy banks (aside from closing them) or moving money between them. This app went from perfect to absolutely useless in only a couple updates. Get this fixed or I'll just get rid of the service altogether.
When it wants to work it's fine, but there are to many times when it doesn't even wanna load up at all. They to fix this issue,because it's quite ridiculous.
DON'T USE THE PERSON TO PERSON TRANSFER!! DOES NOT WORK THE WAY THEY SAY IT DOES AND THEY PUT A HOLD ON YOUR MONEY FOR 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP.
Cant use the app ,says the expiration date isnt valid! Verry disappointed
I had an issue where someone in another state hacked my card and withdrew $600 and they told me it would take 45 days to return it to me. In the meantime I couldn't pay my rent or buy food for my kids. They didn't care. They are heartless people.
The first app I had worked great...then my job issued me a new card almost a year into the company and I couldn't add my new card to the same app so I had to uninstall it then reinstall it for my new card. It was working great then about 5 to 6 months of having it I go to open the app and it just shows money network and the buffering or refreshing ring just sits there and spins. I had to go on the website and close out my piggy banks just so I could get to my money. I even called the number on my card complaining about it and she said she would tell who ever it was she said and here it is 3 weeks later and still can't use the app, instead I have to go to the website. I'm very disappointed and disatisfied, as well as really seriously frustrated with it!!!!
Now longer shows my balance and I have to re-enter user name. When I do get logged in I can't see my transactions
Forgot user name and password. Know I have to call the toll free # smh can they just send me an email they already have my info ???? why do I have to go through a process its way easier to just send an email so i can reset both ????
It said my username was already taken but signed my card up on the app anyway. So now I can't sign up or sign in. I hate the retarded things they do to sign up. They say it's for security but it seems to me the only one who can access your account is a crook.
I dont like how the app is often unavailable to access. It makes me think there is something sketchy going on. Other than that Love it
I'm getting really sick of having to enter a code in order to access my account, it has my device on the trusted list but doesn't treat it that way.
I activated my card and signed up through the app, and now it won't let me log on. When I try to call customer service, you say you don't recognize my card number, and yet you say there is already an account with that card number. I'm very unsatisfied with this app.
Horrible app. You setup your stuff and then, cant even access it. Tried multiple times to access only to get an error and can't even reset my password or username.
I do like to be able to see what is in my account instead of opening up the whole app the problem I do have is everytime my phone has an up date the app quits showing what I have in there so I try to open it up and then it tells me my user name or password is wrong. So when I go in to where it's says having problems neither one will work.
They don't have good customer service I called about a money transfer and the man was very rude and he couldn't tell me anything about what I needed to know and he didn't try to find anyone who could
The app will not trust my phone i have to verify every time i log in. It's getting very annoying!
Doesn't even have a savings account option like depicted. Why would you even want it?? That's the whole reason I downloaded it. You can't manage your money with it, it's basically just to see how much you have . Do not recommend
Very poor security! Ive had someone take money out of my account without my knowledge..Will be switching my account soon!????
Unable to see transactions; says none in three months. Waiting on refunds from vendors and am unable to see if they are even pending. Compounding the stress is the fact that customer service is rude and absolutely no help. Please fix; you are the stewards of our money and should treat us like it's OUR money, not YOUR venture capital
Everytime i tried to verify my email it closes out and i have to start all over again. Can't access my account. Why???
I think this act really sucks because I cannot get into it because I forgot my password and username and I cannot recover it and no one will help
I can get even make an account. When I download the app and try to make one it keeps telling me that my card expiration date is wrong. I've typed in the expiration date a hundred times and it never works. Please fix this problem so I can see my money and transactions
