Thw app allows me to clock in just fine. Then when time to clock out it says "Authenticare has stopped working. Please upgrade to 6.24" but what do you know, no update available in Play Store. Fix it or do away with it already. I'd rather clock in using CareCall. At least then I can be sure my time isn't screwed up smh

This app is a shame. My workers can't clock out and are not getting paid for their work because all of the app problems. Even workers who have updated to the new version have problems. Worst app I've ever seen with nothing but problems. I spend half of my day everyday dealing with issues from this app. I don't know how it managed to get any rating over than One Star

I clock in then close app reopen said I have no appointment. Manually clock in. Then time to clock out and it said I have no appointment. Please fix. And app GPS connection still not working. Update app still giving problem. When I go to clock out there is No client. Then reads no matching client. Some days it works. But still have to clock in when I want to clock out. But the GPS works.

It doesn't work then I get griped at from my boss wondering why I'm doing time sheets instead of using this stupid app! It never works correctly and not all of my clients are on there. They'll be on there when I clock in but when it's time to clock out its blank no names at all!

The app is terrible! All the money they spent on developing and "making it work" they could have installed landline phones. The app is horrible, from a providers view point!

I try to clock in and it says that I am and then when I go to clock out, I have to go threw the whole process again. Plz did this my company says it of us that use the app is having this problem. ThAnks for listening.

HORRIBLE APP!!!!!

For a week i have been unable to clock in and out because it would say unable to find gps coordinates, i hate the new update, if i do clock in when i would go to clock out its like i have never even clocked in. This is really aggravating

This app does not work properly. It will let me clock in sometimes but not out. This is unacceptable and a poor source for a time sheet!

If Companies are going to force us to use it, then it should work properly. It has already robbed me of my hours for two days.

This app is not worth your time who ever invented this crap should be fired cause they didn't think this through it allows you to clock in but not out at times then you gotta call your office and they get mad at you saying we can't keep doing resolution bottom line I hate Authenticare!!!!!

This app doesn't work more than half of the time. It needs many upgrades plus why do they access to my files, images and media?

The Upgrade has not made the app any better. It is worse than before the upgrade. I had already updraded at the time of me entering the ladt comment! And yet and still the problems are still present and the app still sucks!!! Worse decision SC made!!

I can't clock out either.. I have been trying to upgrade and cannot see where Google play store offers upgrade. Very frustrating.

I have been trying to clock out for the last 3 days and it brings it back to clocking in and there's no proof that I clocked in ugh it sucks

Changed to one star. Now can find client. To many bugs. Loaded new version on the 6th. Log in and out s didn't show so I uninstalled app and reinstalled again. Now log ins show but all my log out show as log ins so it looks like I checked in several time but never out. And days before still don't show

I have the updated version..lets me clock in but then when i go to clock out it says i need to clock in..so this needs to be fixed..it just started this past weekend

Works ok sometimes other times I have nothing on my schedule and always have to manually check inn.

Update sucks can't find my location. Now after the new update on 4/3 i am about to clock in and out again

This App is a HOT Mess, nothing but trouble, can't sign in or out!!!!!!!!

The app keeps telling me to update but it's not letting me update on Google Play It's not saying that there is an update on Google Play and I clocked in but now it's showing that I haven't clocked in at all to clock out

Its ok after using app for a while. Now I keep getting a message upgrade to 6.24 version after I upgraded app from play store setting. How do I upgrade to 6.24?

Has problems with the days jumping around

App will let you clock in but when you go back to clock out it doesn't show where you clocked in so you can't clock out

Worked fine up until last update. Please fix bugs.
