Has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If your funds are being reviewed by the security department, good luck trying to contact them. It has happened twice to me, and I left 10+ messages over the course of a couple weeks and I never got a call or email back. Go somewhere else!

Bait and switch!!! I was promised a better way to take credit card payments. The only people who benefit from this merchant service is them. With outrageous monthly fees on top of annual fees. How is this service useful when it cost twice the price of my current merchant provider. Now I can't even get someone to cancel my account. I've made 3 request to cancel the account and Noone has responded to my emails or assisted me when i called to cancel.

BEWARE...You are stuck in a contract that only they can change. Rates and fee are raised when they want and if you want to leave you have to pay $500 to end contract. Find a better company with cheaper rates and contracts that can't change for the term.

If you screw up and overcharge a debit card & your client does not have twice the amount of money as the originally transaction then it will decline, the app will not allow you to refund the overage, "only refund the total amount" It takes 24 hours for the refunded money to be available on the debit. Now you'll have a pissed-off client and very possibly you're not going to get paid......

Horrible app organization, the tip section should come near the end of the transaction when the customer signs it's near the beginning and makes it harder to receive a tip. Also if you run a card through and you get an approval for partial payment....why even have that on the app, if the customer does not want to partial pay and you hit decline to damn bad it takes the money out anyway and refunds it then the customer is mad and it takes a few days to get the money back. Terrible. The chip reader also never works I have to manually punch in all my cards.

Can not get reader to work. Worked fine for 3 months, now nothing. Support is HORRIBLE

Great app but I would like to see the customers name instead of the transaction ID number in the clover go app and clover home website. This would make it easier to look up transactions

Racist company practicing discrimination? required a truck load of paper work and denied me based off of race

I've tried 3 swipe Clover devices and none of them work.

Needs the numeric keypad to have a working decimal point for quanty entry in less than whole lbs.

This has been awesome so far. Very easy use and customer support seems willing to listen to advice.

This app worked great until I got a Google pixel, and then the card reader stopped working. I don't think it's compatible. Tried calling support and they weren't very helpful - didn't seem to even know what a Google pixel was. Please make your app compatible with Google devices!

Software works, card reader has broken almost all delivery drivers headphone jack! Who's going to buy me a new phone?

Initialize is faster now and seems to work smoother Still won't send receipts.

Expensive and not as functional as other less expensive POS systems. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible App. Basically the entire Clover thing on CloverGo Mobile App is useless. 1. You can't apply discount 2. You can't include tax as part of total price like Square does 3. You can't use Inventory items with variable price (ex. for service with custom price). 4. You can't add custom item with discount It is virtually an useless app that read credit card. Most features on other Clover POS device are NOT available on Clover Go. It really sucks!

Works great for me havnt had issues that I've read. My only issue is the time it takes to process but I'm guessing that's just how these work even for other services. The card companies take a couple days to process. Other than that I love my cover. The service charges are a little high but works for me for last resort payment for customers instead of cash or check. Thanks clover

Used couple times and chip and swipe were working. Later on neither chip or swipe working and just key in numbers. Called technical support couple times and they refuse to replace the device and wanted to charge me once more for another same device. Just waste of money and time!

So the app installed ok but it never asked about allowances. I cant use my card swiper in my LG phone. I can still manually input the cards.

I have to ask clients to (just trust me) when totaling their order because that field is totally unreadable on my galaxy s-7 screen! - disappointed!

This is so great app.. compared to square.. register for our business. Easy to use. It's backed by our SunTrust Bank awesome

Card reader does'nt work with HTC desire please fix

Able to key in purchases but won't connect to card reader on Verizon HTC 10 running Android 6.0.1; works fine on wife's Note5. Update: doesn't work on Asus ZenPad Z170C in spite of it being on their list of compatible devices. :-(

Card reader. Will not work on LG K7 or K10...so bought a Samsung Galaxy J7...and still doesn't work. Hilarious. Customer service is a pathetic joke claiming to update it. Well, I updated and still CloverGo is an epic fail especially for Small Business Owners. Using my business website to collect payments now with phone. Never a hassle that way but have to manually enter card info. Disgusted with CloverGo and lack of customer support. I will be going back to a previous app for future phone payments.

For everyone saying it won't work with their device, there are some rules for the clover. 1. You have to use a non-rooted device. 2. You have to go into the permissions of the app and make sure all permissions are turned on. With the s7, these permissions are usually off by default.

Can get it to work on S5 but not Galaxy S5 active...app freezes and wont detect card reader

I cannot get this app to initialize on a brand new, up to date Galaxy S7. I can key enter card details, however, what is the point of me buying the reader if that is the case. Please update. Customer Support not sure what is wrong with it either. Offered a replacement. Will update review after received.

Make sure you get the correct swiper for your device. There are I think 3-4 different models that will only work with certain smartphones/tablets. Found this out after buying 3 different types of devices.

Owner, werks fer me, I hated all other phone adapters to process cards....this is alot better , I have a droid.
