Since the update, app has been very delayed and inaccurate. Prior to that,I had no issues with the app.
Don't like it ady all. Since the update I have to keep entering a security code each tone I log in. Not very happy
I can actually see the menu in this version, which is great, but bill pay has been glitching, showing my "hidden" payees as blank spaces, and when I was trying to make a payment, it wouldn't allow me to select which account to use. When I tried to log in again, it is now saying I have "no payees listed" at all. Very frustrating when I'm trying to get bills taken care of in a timely manner! I hope this issue is resolved ASAP. *UPDATED* 3/13/17 from 3 stars: A new code required with EVERY login, even WITH the new update, which (according to the publisher's responses to some other complaints) was supposed to "resolve" this issue. Very, very annoyed with this.
Update: FCCU decided to put a 4 business day hold on funds from a check from anothervfinancial institution... why? So i could be charged more insufficient funds.... ridiculous!!!! FCCU has lost my business after 8 years. App's inacurate information caused several fees for it showing the deposited check as available in account, and next day money was placed on hold, but app failed to warn about it. Customercservice over the phone didnt seem to care one bit. Time to go to one of the many other credit unions that would value a customer. Bye bye FCCU! PS: i wonder if i would get the same "copy/paste" response than the last several reviews.... probably
Please everyone who reads this contact FCCU and ask them to integrate Zelle software that other Banks and Credit Unions are using for peer to peer transfers. It allows users to transfer money with only a phone number and email to others who have Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase , Citi, Frost Bank, USAA, and many others to name a few. Also Zelle doesn't have any fees. Zelle is the banks answer to PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom for peer to peer transfers.
At first i was trying to deposit a check through the app then it didnt let me. So i logged out and now it wont even let me log back in. I like the alp but stuff like this happens too often
I downloaded the app to quickly transfer funds between accounts. I filled out all the required fields, but the Transfer Funds button was still grayed out. I'm going to uninstall this app. There's no point in keeping it if it can't do basic functions.
Anyone who's having trouble to log in just get a passcode so u dont have to verify the account every time you log in. ( just open the app and at the bottom click passcode
i don't like being continuously asked to put in a security code just to look at my account and then having to wait for it to finish loading
I cannot take a photo of my check and have it deposited to my account from this app. Which is very important to me. This app sucks and they need to fix it becuase this type of s*** will make me leave.
The update made it to where i need a security code everytime i logging it.
Since the update today I have had to enter a secure code about 5 times! I should NOT have to do that if i register mu device. This update is HORRIBLE! The time it takes to log in is so slooooooww. I just gave up.
Loading times seem normal now, but the app does not remember to register my device, so I have to enter a secure access code almost every time.
The new updates are horrible. I have to get a security code each time I log in, it will not remember my phone is registered. Also, it takes 2-3 minutes to load to the account menu. Please fix this. So NOT convenient.
After the update on march 9, 2017, it doesn't work. It gets stock. I'm not able to log in. It hets stock in the logging in logo.
This app turned to garbage since it was updated today. It will not load at all. It was working fine before. Fix it.

Can't even use the app anymore. I have to use a security code everytime I log in, on top of that ilt takes 5 minutes to load.
Ever since the update today i cant open it. Just says loading for several minutes and never opens my account. Needs fixed asap.
Finally!!! Finger print login is here! App is quick to use, easy to check balance and transfer funds. I use it daily
Works well. Love the mobile deposit and the bill pay. Searching for specific transactions with the search bar or filters doesn't seem to work, unless you use the date specific feature, but just typing in a payee gets no results.
I've noticed that when there is any update for the app, the app stops working. It's ok, but a little frustrating
App would be great, if I could actually use what I installed it for which was the mobile deposit. I just tried for 15 minutes to no avail to deposit a check, but each time it wouldn't process and said I needed to redo the picture in different lighting, different surface etc. Let's just say I walked all around the inside and outside of my house trying to deposit this check and still didn't work. Yall need to fix the mobile deposit, I live too far away from the credit unions and shared unions
This app seems to be working fine so far. However, after I log out, the app doesn't want to close from my phone's screen. Am I missing something? How do I do this?
The app is good, no real complaints from me. Although if the UI and login system is the same, why do I have to download a new app instead of getting pushed an update?
Cant give it more than 1 star till the system lets me log into my account, iv been trying for days now and i keep getting the message incorrect password' even tho i just talked to fccu employees n they reset it to what i type. Website gets 1 star for the same reason, what gives fccu?
Everytime I log in says that my password is incorrect and i have to change it. I can't be changing it everytime i want to check my account!!! It's so annoying.
I love the mobile banking options esp depositing a check via mobile. I do wish that I could have an option to switch between my two accounts or have two of the same app on my phone so it would be a little easier to see both accounts.
The deposit system through the app makes it crash every time I use it. It's also slow as hell.
I got this one after getting a new phone but it wouldn't let me log in. Had to use the other app to log in. Seems odd to have two.

FCCU'S IT Department really needs to step it up. Staff is lacking the ability to be "World Class"
It won't let me click on transfer money or let me do deposit check. Online it works for transferring money.
Very Hard to deposit the check online by this app. I have to go personally at branch for check deposit.

The update made an already poorly designed app even worse by adding elements that do not improve my experience. No new features added just a fancy gui update
