It's ok, but it's not in real time. It takes a while to see updates to your account and I wish they work on that aspect as other bank apps are updated in real time

Doesn't work! Tried to sign in and it keeps saying my user name and password is incorrect even though I got through to sign in from my PC using the same info! After trying the third time I was locked out of my account. Wish I never downloaded this!

Good simple app for bank balance on the go, thank you FCB. However, you need put in a way to close off the app when I'm finished using it.

Good app but there needs to be a way to add ablity to make payments and transfer funds to different banks. Currently this only done through the the website .

Why am I not able to transfer from my debit to my credit

Good solid start for FCB but we need to be able to SECURELY make payments and transfers.

Nails the basics which is good but needs more functionality for me to abandon the website

It worked for awhile. Now it's saying user can't be found. Not sure why. ????

Does the basic job of alerting you, checking your balance and transferring between one person's accounts but ALL THAT POSSIBLE THROUGH TEXTING. feature like paying credit card, bills and transferring to other people's Fcb account are missing. And until added there are no real reason to use this app. Still have to use the browser on my phone to get stuff done.

Good solid app. Rating 4/5 as this app does not have the one feature I use the most - Third party (Credit Card/Bill Payments). Changing this to 1/5. Several days now can't log in with the error "System unavailable. Try again later." even though access through a browser works fine.

I assume this is the first iteration of the app and with future updates more features and functionality would be added. If that's the case then the app is not bad. If this is the final release then it is way below banking app standards. Will wait and see...giving it the benefit of the doubt now.

It is not very quick in updating when a transaction was done. It may show up the following day. So not very convenient if you need an updated account balance right away

App is terrible... fails to load 8 out of 10 times and is glitchy, freezes and crashes the times it does start... horrible app considering the website is so well thought out and can do so much

This app makes no sense at the moment. Step up the game guys. You shouldn't have launched an incomplete app

Guys the app is not opening up. I'm just seeing a white screen. Had to uninstall. When it's working I'll reinstall.

Very glitchy. I've had to reset it several times in order to log in. Further it jeeps asking for a pass code. Which I didn't enroll for so when it doesn't let me log in I reset and try again

It's lacking a lot needs a lot more work credit card payments an other payment options

I download the app and processed to log in on many occasions but each time i am being told "system unavailable. Try back later...." you need to seriously do something about this.

Mostly pointless. More info on the company than my account is available. Better they had waited for better functionality before launching

It is impossible to sign out of this app. One has to use the home button to leave. That's if I get to log in.

Its not all that,you still need to go on the browser to send money to your credit card and debit cards

Absolutely ridiculous installed several times and it locked me out my account had to reset many times it is nonfunctional

Total waste of time don't work everytime I sign in it just sign right back out

This is a great app however, i don't use it everyday when i do open it i get a white screen and i hv to delete it and reinstall it to get it working again...

I can even sign in and I am putting my correct information get denied every tome

App can be useful... when it actual works. Does not open half the time....

This app is not closing have to press the home botton on my phone to come out

There is no payments feature. Transferring between accounts is not enough. There should be details for transactions. There should also be security questions for added safety. Otherwise it's quite convenient. Looking forward to the updates.
