You can only log into the MyFirstChoice app if you’re travelling on holidays departing up until 31st October. Customers who have booked holidays departing from 1st November onwards will be able to log in soon. In the meantime, you can still download the app and browse our fantastic range of holidays.

Tried to log in lots of times and always crashed..very unimpressed
Clear tabs, pleasing look and most of all very easy to navigate through with useful extras like to do lists and links for essential bookings.FIRST CLASS from first choice
Crashes every single time ... this needs sorting
All I needed to know all in one place.
Can't even get into it since we changed our holiday last September. Just keeps saying not available for this booking.
Easy to use and very good information.
I don't want to spend time going through page after page of holidays flying from Gatwick and Heathrow when I live in the North of the Country. Even when you choose which airport you want to fly from you still get these two airports as well. Most annoying.
Seen this on friends phone so looking forward to using.says oops try again although details correct.First choice tech could offer no help so disappointed

App keeps freezing and pages won't load correctly keeps telling me to refresh the app have to keep closing and reopening it just a pain
Does what it says on the tin.
Works even worse than their Web site! not able to log in just got Oops something went wrong. Still not able to print e tickets. Rang premium phone line and was told I didn't need them despite numerous emails telling me to print them off!
Still can't use it for my booking
It's a pain having to keep checking what the booking number is all the time and add it each time I run the app if I want to check in with my booking. I may just as well use my booking email, click on the My Booking link as that auto fills the details for me. And along with this, I see the Oops Something Went Wrong! message to top this off.
Works on Samsung Galaxy S5, will not work on Galaxy Tab, uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail
Worked well on my tablet for while but now just says OOPS try again later!. Very annoying

Oops something went wrong. Well firstchoice, either fix it or withdraw it until it has been tested and works.

Had the app on my phone for ages, love that there is now one for my tablet. Looking forward to the extras when we arrive!
Works perfectly on my s4 phone, will not load on Samsung tablet.
App works brilliantly in my HTC One. On my ASUS tablet all I get after a long wait is "Oops something went wrong. Disappointed. Uninstalling!
I download this app on my android tablet this morning. Excellent presentation, and so easy to navigate. All the requisite information in one place, including one's flight booking reference number. What would be absolutely ideal would be if a link to access the Thomson flight check in page could be added.
Tried 3 times, checking my booking details carefully each time, but kept getting the "Ooops something went wrong page". Obviously rushed out for Android if even the basics don't work
I tried 4 times and my details, but said oops something went wrong. The app works on my phone works, tried to email first choice yesterday but no response.
