FirstBank TN

Now since the "better banking" update, I have no idea what I have to my name. It used to post charges instantly and kept perfect real-time track of my balance. Now, it can take three days to show up. If it does post something, it will remove the last few days history and won't return for days. My entire spending history is 3-6 days behind at all times. What's worse is that the ATM reflects this false balance and has caused me to overdraft twice since the update. I have NEVER overdrafted until this update.

The app is horrible. I moved from Bank of America. This app makes me feel like I am back in 1999. The interface is so spartan and featureless. The deposit feature never works. The app doesn't show pending deposits. It's as close to worthless as it can possibly be. Oh, and it won't run on my Galaxy tablet. SMH

The app used to work with instant updates to my account. Now it has false amounts. One day I have No money then $100 then $2 and No history of what I spent. And even worse the ATM reflects this false information as well. I've been with First Bank since I was 16, and I'm about to be 30. With all this trouble I'm actually thinking about changing banks!!

Have loved this app til the last few weeks. All of sudden no matter how perfect the picture I take is it will not accept my mobile deposit. Really sad!

I read the comments to make sure I was downloading the correct app again...and evidently it's the right one because nobody seems to be happy. LoL- I had to call customer service twice to get into my account... customer svc sent a new link and it clearly stated not to use my old password I use my old password anyway and it accepted it! Woo hoo! anyway and to get into my mobile banking I have to reinstall on my phone for it to recognize me.

It used to work fine. Not any more. Unusable now. I have been up to the bank to reset my password 5 times now and every time I reset it and then try to log in, it won't let me and tells me I have to contact the bank again. I can't ever check my balance. It won't ever let me log in anymore. I'm so done with it.

This app use to work. When I inquire at the bank you act like it's my phone's fault. I see by the other reviews it's your app. I'm going to have to change banks. You're not local and I'm not driving to another town to deposit checks. It use to work but not now.

It used to keep saying goes unexpected error and wouldn't let me log in.Now it itbis letting go me log and my acct. balance is accurate so now I love it.

The app is very useful. I would like it better if I could manage mortgage. Before update I could at least see my loan balance! Now nothing, please fix for 5 stars

I use this app on a daily basis to keep track of how much we have in the bank and several times it has said we had more in the bank than we actually did. Also, recently it crashes 9 out of 10 times I try to open it.

The check deposit never works even though the pic ia very clear. Trash app

This bank was great when it was Northwest Georgia now it's crap the employee turn over is beyond crazy and now since they have new employees every 2 weeks no one knows nothing cause they don't stay long enough to know anything.

We get paid friday early morning hours lime 3 am but this pos doesnt update it and messes up every Thursday and friday

This app use to be a 5 until it took away the ability to online transfer.

Can not deposit check the only reson for this app fix that and it wonderful I love it but with out that sorry .new bank time

Every time I try to log in it says transaction denied. So I tried to log on from my home computer and it says NO ACCOUNTS found. Grrr I hate this app

Downloaded app to deposit checks, but app failed to work. When I called support their answer was sorry Motorola phones won't work.

The app crashes as soon as it is opened, and on multiple phones. It won't even get as far as the login screen.

Won't even let me open the app to see my balance... Worst banking app I've used

Mobile check deposit is worthless. No matter how perfect the check picture is, it won't accept it.

Since the merge from NWGB to FirstBank I can no longer make mobile deposits and it's very frustrating. I have a Galaxy S6.

Mobile check deposit is a joke.

Had a horrible experience at the bank and the app sucks too. Hope you never need a debit card because they won't send you one no matter how much you ask.

You fail... App is junk... Please fix or at least take it off the play store... Your giving everyone false hope...

It constantly asks me for retake of photos, yet it doesn't tell you whether it is front or back so you have to retake both. This is essential functionality for an app like this. You need to get this right! Please work on this! No updates since last year tells me you're not very committed to the success of this app.

Firstly, problem with mobile check deposit: App will not accept multiple different checks of the same $ amount from the same payee; it rejects them as a single previously deposited check, despite different dates and check numbers. Beyond that, the basic features work as advertised. The app is not slick or visually impressive, but is not that bad either. It could be a decent app if some of the glaring flaws are worked out.

This app is absolutely terrible to the point I'm considering closing the account altogether. I rely on my banking app on my phone. I am new to FB and the non functioning app gives me pause about the bank as a whole. I have yet to log in due to I keep receiving 'an error has occurred please try later' message. Ridiculous. If I can't access my account from the phone app then I don't need the account. Period. Very disappointing.

I am in Colorado and have rentals where my mother lives in TN. I needed a way to deposit checks as there are no ATMs in my state that will take deposits for FB. Banker told me about the app and I was EXCITED as this would be perfect for depositing rent checks long distance. As others stated it just says to retake photos and it fails every time. Dissapointment!

This app won't even let me log in or function as any decent app would and with very sparse updates I don't expect this app ever to be fixed in the near future. Wish I could give it zero stars.

Love my bank and app but after the update, it shows an error box everytime I log in and sometimes closes itself. Also wish my bank would do android pay.
