Aries also has a Building Information section where your office staff can review the account information before scheduling an inspection with our fire inspection software. They can see how many techs are needed, what types of licenses they must have (the inspection may need a fire alarm license as well as a sprinkler license.) They can see the cross streets, the contact person, the contact phone number, if a key is needed for the riser room, if the inspection has to be scheduled or if you can just show up. The techs have access to the Building Information from the field also. They can see where the fire alarm panel is, who monitors, the monitoring phone number and account number, how to silence the audibles, where the sprinkler riser is located, where the ITV’s are etc. With Building information the office and the techs are better equipped to do their jobs more efficiently.
