The environment it clunky and difficult to navigate on mobile. I've struggled to complete the most basic tasks, even with a technical background.

This application is unusable. Buttons are difficult to press, touch is not responsive, and the keyboard doesn't appear

Merely links to desktop version of the server and keyboard does not pop up making inputting call data impossible. Would love to have a real working version of the app, especially one that didn't require me to look up my agencies server data perhaps a search function so that all I have to do is find my agency and enter my login credentials

Hands down the stupidest app ever developed. It takes you to "desktop" sever that is extremely clunky and just a very lazy way of making an "app" instead to taking the time to make it mobile device friendly. Nice try xerox but you seriously need to go back to square one and build a legitimate app not just a remote server link.
