While the download is free, there is no way for a common member of the public to run this. I advise AVG, Avira or another free service that is open to the public to protect you.

You MUST be a FireEye customer to use this. Reach out to your VARs or FireEye reps for a demo. It works very well!

Activation is apparently required to use the app, but this isn't mentioned in the Playstore description and there's no obvious place to find it. I checked the developer's website and couldn't find it there either. I'm not going to spend time looking for something that should be obvious when installing an app, so am uninstalling now.

I monitor our company's network here as the infosec manager. The only Android malware I've seen is on our user/guest wifi segment for their *personal* devices. (This is the SDK cruft.) FireEye discovered this, and has this mobile application for threat detection (I'm assuming capable of detecting this SDK abuse) -- but it's only available to *enterprise* users. with no option to purchase separately. Anyone else see the irony and disconnect here?

I love how the app clearly delineates between "risky" and "malicious". I'd like to see granular access to turning off permissions like Location and Camera on a per-app basis, like AppOps Luncher.
