Fire extinguishing techniques

The program contains fire extinguishing techniques as follows
1. By suffocation

In this case, the fire is extinguished by preventing the air oxygen from igniting the fire area as described in the 126 extinguishing triangle by covering the places of fire with a barrier to prevent the arrival of oxygen as follows:

(A) Flogging of foam on the surfaces of flammable liquids.

(B) Closure of outlets and ventilation openings.

(C) The use of more oxygen-intensive gases such as halogens for insulating work.

(D) The flame is separated from the flammable material by blowing up, and this method is used to extinguish the oil well fires.

2. Refrigeration

In this case, the fire is reduced by the degree of flammable material to the ignition temperature, as shown in the firecloth 127. This is the most common method of extinguishing fires using water or other foam liquids, which is thrown into the fire. The ability to absorb water and other liquids in reducing the temperature of flammable substances.

3. By starving

In this case, the fire is extinguished by isolating the non-flammable materials close to the place of the fire, and transported to another location away from the fire place as shown in the 128 firecracker where the fire is starved by depriving it of flammable materials through the following -

(A) the transfer of materials close to the source of the fire away from the impact of heat and flame-

- Pull liquids from fuel tanks.

- Transportation of goods from inside the warehouse.

- Removal of plants and trees.

(B) Displacement and isolation of flammable substances from other substances.
