Amazing App

I was supposed to recieve a package and it says 5kg on the app but when i recieved it it didnt weigh 5kg and the box came opened from the side and someone took out half the stuff that was in there.. that is a very bad thing and if your staff did that then it shows how professional they were in hiring such cheating staffs and its your fault for choosing such a courier company.

Worst courier service in the world. Staffs are liers. I won't recommend this company to anyone, if I saw anyone using this company I will make sure they'll cancel the deal. T least Don't try to cheat the customers.

I received the package a day after the call center called me and said that I will get it in eh afternoon. During that day which I wasted at home waiting, I called your service several times and to my surprise was told that it is not possible to contact the delivery which had my package. Also at one point the agent who answered the call asked me to call after 30 min. It turned out that he finished his shift during those 30 minutes and there was no one else to followup with. Bottom line is that you have a lot of issues in your service delivery which require attention.

First of all when I'm registering and trying to enter my email and password input fields are covered with keyboard. Smart, huh? Second bug - when I'm confirming my location it says "put method not supported". How this not working app can make it to play store? Do you guys have any QA or you just blindly releasing it hoping it'll just work. Totally useless app.

Most pathetic courier service ever. My courier is suspended for 20 days when it was supposed to be delivered same day. I am stunned at the casual approach. I recommend stay away and never use it.

Worst service ever I had to cancel my order since it gave me the wrong address even after I confirmed the right one SOOOO BAAAAD

The worst delivery ever... I would not recommend it to anyone, unless you are expecting your shipment to be delayed... I thought of using this application again, the worst customer service and I don't think I can rely on you to send a package immediately, and your application is not working. Keep it up guys !

The right app at the right time. Using the service for a month now . It is smooth sailing so far. Off course there are few pitstops here and there but atleast they listen.

My parcel was 3 hours late from the given time, but I was been informed all the time till it reached me. Overall very good service, not great.

I was facing delay for my parcel delivery, people at WING helped resolved the issue quickly.

The worst delivery company ever. DO NOT deal with them. No contact number for them only email. They charge you more for 24hr delivery but the deliver it after 3 to 4 days. You book morning pickup and they come in the evening. They tell you we will have the office call you back but they don't. I will never recommend such bad service to anyone. Run away from this app. All good reviews for this app is fake.

The worst delivery. Driver signed on my behalf with out my permission which is forgery of a signature. Delivery was late by 2 days yet I paid the same day delivery charge. In addition no receipt generation. Bad information architecture on the mobile app. The review promoter within the app doesn't work.

The worst experience I am having with this company lack of professionalism and can't do things swiftly and can't give u proper answer or help I don't why I have to suffer with this company this is the second order I bought online and I had to go through this company which is a pain

Working as a Admin in Dubai is a challenge, specially when you are dealing with different courier companies. With WING as our delivery partner we got direct access to all the courier companies in UAE. Very very usefull app. Love it...

The service is too good they call and provide you ordered products in one day I got my products which I ordered at 4 am and midday I got that so service is absolutely perfect

Very very very bad service.i do not recommend anybody to use this service.i have placed order for next day delivery and they not yet delivered even after weeks .super delay and they make us idiot my saying everyday they will deliver soon.

Irresponsible service ever!! Terrible management made my delivery super delay. I told the driver to come for the next day, but he didn't Bcoz he forgot!!! I never recommended to anyone to use this bad service, And seems that they don't care to make it on time !!!!!!

It's way cheaper price I got ever.. Great service Map selection need improvement or simply remove it and follow it by putting the destination manual way instead of dropping pin on map which is diversified. U r limited to pin on the location
