Would be great if the app could remember the passport details. Or at least change the way to enter the passport expiry date. Very annoying to scroll each month for many years.

This app does not know when flight is delayed. We are still standing at airport as flights are delayed and app says remaining flight time is 1hour. Please fix this.

Doesn't show you the details of your trip before check in is available

Cannot get the boarding pass in the app after checking in through the website. The main use for the app is to have my boarding pass, so this makes the whole app pretty useless.

I am a frequent traveller and used different apps, but this is my favourite airline app. Nice design and handy. Great overview of the next flights. Online Check-in works fine and upgrades are easy to make. 5*

Very handy especially for frequent flyers. Check-in made easy and also shows all your upcoming reservations in one clear timeline. Keeps updating frequently with new features. Can recommend for every Finnair customer.

If you fly Finnair, this is the app you want. Hope more airlines could make checking in and monitoring your flights this easy.

Nothing special, it has the functionality one would expect from an airline. However, the "swipe to check in" function is really treacherous. I'm tricked to check in every time. Not a good user experience.

It actually worked quite nicely. Got the boarding passes of two crews into it and they seem to open just fine without internet connection, too, so no need to save the pdfs to dropbox and make available offline and all that unnecessary nonsense.

When checking in on the app, you have to enter your date of birth and expiry date of your passport. The view to do this is a MONTH BY MONTH calendar. You have to swipe to press to scroll between each month. There is no way to go faster or to skip year by year. This means, as a 31 year old, I had to swipe 372 times to reach my date of birth month. Suffice to say, I gave up quickly and checked in on my computer instead. I can't believe this wasn't caught in testing. Was the app even tested? This is the most basic of UI errors.

its a bit lacking in features. and it might be bugged. i checked in through this app and picked a seat. on the boarding pass in the app it shows the seat i picked but the email i got shows a different seat. lol.

Am flying tomorrow and trying to check in but the app could not find my reservaatti. Tried several times until had to give up and do it through the browser - and had no problems. So for my experience the application was completely useless.

Ohjelma ei pysty tallettamaan eikä postaamaan boarding-passeja. Jos tekee passit useammalle henkilölle, ne jäävät yhteen puhelimeen, jonka jälkeen kaiken joutuu tekemään uudestaan. Ohjelmasta on enemmän haittaa, kuin hyötyä !

Tried to update this app today but apparently it can't find it on my phone. App works on my phone. Bizarre.

Calendar tool to enter date of birth during checkin is awful. No way to easily scroll up the years, meaning going back takes too many clicks

Everything works fine. The app is really light and all info is provided. The only thing which does not work correctly is the "Share your journey". It keeps giving me errors and doesn't let me upload it anywhere.

I don't think you understand. At login the app only shows numeric pad, not alphanumeric. Thus I'm unable to input AY, just number. I need the app to pull regular alphanumeric keyboard so I can input both AY and the numbers

A big plus that baggage allowance is showed as well!

How I can scroll date of birth from year 1816 (during check-in)?

Have to login every time separately.. (and not even with an easy method like fingerprint)

I joined as a plus member on finnairs website because the app didn't let me (assuming it had to do with my pw having a . in it). I added my flight to the app and everything worked fine, I got to check in and got my boarding pass on the app. 1 minute later it sends me back to the starting point and says I have no journeys, when I tried to re-enter flight booking details it says that that flight is already used or something. So as of now, this app is useless for me

You not only have to be a AY plus member, you also need to register your FF number to the booking to use the app for check in etc. Really?!

All info I need is here. But today no info on my bookings server down ??

Was working fine earlier, but after the last update it fails at launch. Flight in 2 days, better start printing out my boarding passes!

Checking in process is retarded especially when you try to set a date, cannot manually change the year you have to go back month by month, annoying when you are more mature like me. Also only gave me a boarding pass for the flight to Helsinki not my internal flight, now I don't know if I'm checked in or not.....

Tried joing filled out the form COMPLETELY & CORRECTLY and still does not allow me to click the join button

I cant even press the register button, u shouldnt even have to register to check in

You have signed up as member of their "club" first which is a laboured process

Can't log in without joining and then can't even join.
