Finder GPS Tracking Viewer

Poorly designed interface and very poor application. This app and service need major changes.

Thanks .....finder....its a very excellent service to find my vicle.

Overall im satisfied about the app. Shows the position of the car accurately. But i have a second opinion and advice. Need to improve more and update the app. Selling the app and device does not mean that job is finished, u have to update the app and make it more convenient and fix the bug. Thank u.

The app is okay if you are just wanna know the whereabout of vehicle. It does not have any push notification for any service.

Billing system should be automated. After online payment, I had to call the billing guys twice to update my subscription. And then they started reconciliation.

Now better than before.

I was sick and tired of reporting to their Customer Care about huge delay in getting info about actual location of my car from the earlier version of the app as well as from their web page. I even took my car to their office, but result was zero. Now after updating the app, I just get to know static location of my car. No real time report or animation is being generated. I have to refreash again & again to get the location update!!! what a service they are providing!!! Total waste of money.

Cant show route animation. Cant generate any report. Its bullshit!!!!!!! Just stop experimenting!!!!!!!!

New update is so good. Earlier we could see real time movement,directions and engine on off conditions by a white/silver /blue mark of the car via mobile app. But i guess new update limited that opportunity. And it shows the car as a landmark which seems to be a bit hassle. Would you please fix those two issue? Thanks for the update btw.

Really liked the new app. more focused and less distructive. however the lack of a loader while authenticating google, different icon for different assets on map, some report generation bugfix can make it unbeatable

Sign-in experience still worse. Often server issue. Unable to find track button. Seems now need to install another app(Finder GPS tracker as device)!

How I see the vehicles speed

The apps have too many problem. Sometimes its not showing proper place. Which problem I am showing maximum it is Internet Connection Unavailable. My all apps is running properly with my Internet connection but this app isn't work maximum time. Too bad experience. And also the company have no intention to improve the app.

Map isn't satisfactory

Has a lot of bugs needs some new update from the developer . When i zoom my car in the app after 2 sec the map unzooms automatically nd the real time tracking is slow shows new position of the car after 4 sec plz fix this bugs nd Update ur finder web site for pc cuz it dosent work the map dosent load nd show where my car is plz fix it asap. Will be waiting for the new update .Good luck cheers

The map freezes sometimes. If u zoom on the map it unzooms automatically. The report section never works. After selecting start and end dates and times it shows animation complete instantly. And nothing happens. Supporting app for this kind of service should be more reliable and versatile.

The app is full of bugs. When you zoom the map it unzoomz automatically. You cannot pan or move the map which one can easily do using Google maps. The location update is not real time and sometimes takes up to 30seconds to update. The maps for PC does not work a day neither does the reports on the page. Please work on these aspects to improve the user experience as the app itself is still very much basic and not really up to the mark. Hope we will see improvements soon.

Too many bugs. Needs to be fixed ASAP. Doesn't connect to the internet even if my internet is turned on! And also needs an app for iOS ASAP!

Yes a nice apps

I was very much excited when I downloaded this app and had high hopes. Unfortunately it was a total disappointment. The scrolling is very choppy. It had both my cellphone and car tracked simultaneously with more priority given on tracking my cellphone (i.e. where the app is installed). Every time I had to go back to home screen and select my car to track it. Traffic updates are just fb updates, not like Waze where they highlight it on the map. It's an app where you will need a manual to learn. Clumsy!
