Really disappointed to find that after a couple of weeks working okay, this app is now denying me access. I am a paper and on line subscriber and the online version works well with no such issues.Very poor FT you need to get these access issues sorted out.

I have been a subscriber to IC for decades. Tried logging on, but got error message 'There is a problem with your credentials'. Uninstalled app and reinstalled with same results. This problem has been reported by others so why does IC ignore the problem?

I was offered 8 weeks free, all I had to do was download the app and login. So i did. And I could buy an electronic version of the magazine I subscribe to in paper form. There was is no access to anything else. Like a lot of apps account, info, help... directs you to the website, acceptable. There is a lot more access on the website even for none subscribers. If my 8 weeks free means that I can purchase the magazine in electronic form I stick with the paper subscription, and the apps rubbish. If the 8 weeks gives me access to the magazine in electronic form, it does not work, and the apps rubbish. Pity it is the only research source I still use paper.

Have a digital subscription but cannot access any issues. Judging from other reviews this problem has existed for years. Why can this not be sorted?? Use the web app instead
