Definitely needs work. The log in security question screen always locks up. I have had to uninstall app just to reinstall so I could log in.
Needs major work. Cannot see what funds are on hold. Difficult to move around in. Locks up frequently.
It used to work until this week. It doesn't work at all now. Disappointing & frustrating!
Great credit union but this app is horrible. It won't launch so it's useless. Definitely needs a total body makeover.
App doesn't work
Worked pretty decently until I got the 6.0 marshmallow update and now it won't work at all. Won't even let me get to the login page.
Whatever update happened just recently causes the app to not even open on my phone now. And I been locked out of my account twice since.
Won't let me log in at all. Even called customer service and told me to delete it then add my new phone. I couldn't add the new one because I still couldn't log in on it. Yet able to on older version on old phone.
Most recent update broken a wonderfully working app layout has changed and it never logs in says something about unable to validate information
I still want to be able to view my authorizations on the app though
After recent update I cannot login period
So why is there no way to deposit checks through my phone now. Seriously not happy.
Before update, it wasn't great, but at least functioned. Now cannot even login.
Only works once a day then have to remove and reload. Causes too many issues

I love this app. I'm able to transfer funds quickly between accounts. Fast ATM searches.
This app looks bad and basically has no features. I cant even pay on my car loan through the app.
I don't see the option for mobile deposit.
Doesn't work
Just flat out missing too many necessary features.. The app is Just barely useful for checking balances, let alone getting any real banking done.
It locks me out once a week
Never thought I would leave a bank because of an app. Can't log in security? 'S are so broken. Banking on my phone is my way of keeping up and I can't do that. DONT INSTALL!!!!!
My choice for great banking
I have continually received route error messages for the past week and just decided to uninstall it. No point in keeping of I can't use it. Good thought though.
I would have given it zero if possible. I have been locked out several times. I have called to have the password reset and still cannot log in. Now the app just repeatedly asks security questions that are not related to me.
DO NOT USE the mobile deposit!!! It has serious flaws! It rejected my first deposit and took 5 days for it to finally post...to the WRONG account! I'll just waste my time going to the branch to deposit.
Everytime I login from my phone it locks my account and tells me to contact customer service. Useless app do not install.

App starts to open and then crashes immediately every time. Nexus 5, problem started after I updated to Android 5.0. Also the lack of mobile deposit is shocking in late 2014 considering how long other banks' apps have been doing this.
I've spent too much time trying to get this to work and I'm done with it. I think it's the same app another CU uses which gives me no problems, but FCFCU's implementation doesn't work for me.
App works wonderfully. No problem. Good job.

It will not let u go to the original page and customer service is no help
The mPower app allows you to view transactions on a mobile device and categorize expenses. it does not allow you to enter accounts from other institutions such as credit cards and investments. Reporting is limited too. If you don't have more sophisticated financial management needs, this application may do you well. If you need something more sophisticated that is still free, try The Mint. It's available for Android, IOS and Windows phone platforms. The latest version of Quicken (2014) also includes a mobile app for IOS and Android.
Actually this never used to happen until I got an update. I've tried several methods of helping or sorta helping the problem. Main method was uninstall > reinstall...that was a failure. The app will stay at 3 stars until this problem has been addressed and fixed.

I can do very limited functions. Shuffle money between checking, savings, loans. I cannot pay bills, have checks sent, deposit checks. Transactions post agonizingly slow. The app is fragile, communication with the server it too sensitive to dropped connections.
I used to be able to use this all the time. Now for over 3 weeks I haven't been able to log in. Oh well. I'm probably switching banks anyway.

Hasn't worked for months, fcfcu tells me i can only sync one phone to acct. I remove the wifes phone...still doesn't work. Emailed app creator and no response. Im over it
