Wrost App I had ever seen in my Life . Nevertheless concern authority is also not ready to take Action after lost of bad Reviews. Please do something after confirming pin App Stopped working.

It only works up to setting mpin, after that it stucks on the same screen, when you try to close and open the app again, it again start from terms and conditions. Need to work on it.

Really poor App. Doesn't accept the number card details and can't login no other options available. Creating an App just for the sake of having one is not Customer service.

Dont open account in mira road branch, Worst manager and deputy manager i ever seen in my life. Deputy manager was abused lady customer for one silly mistake. I request please dont open account in this bank. For self respect

Overall nice but really required lot's of improvements, 1)Graphical images are also to much of old patterns. 2)Page always expired during uses. 3)Manage payee option does not shows the payee names directly asked add & delete option. Do needful do updates as soon as possible... Thank you

When I log in first time, it is giving me an error of mobile number not registered..and then in further step it is sending me OTP on my mobile no. Further when I changed password of mobile banking, no further process happened. Really very bad application. Please try to improve it.

Absolutely useless. I enter my cellphone no the app responds it is not linked to my account. I enter my debit card no. It says enter a valid debit card no. Absolutely​ pathetic.

Very very bad app Even asks pin no which is highly risky. How have they developed this app

What a disgusting app....though i am entering correct mobile number still it shows wrong.... again the otp code is coming on the Same number...take a lesson from kotak Mahindra Bank...their app is just.. owesome

Imps registration and it's access is easy process to payment, Bbps bill payment system is also works superb

This is to inform you that please dont open account in mira road branch. They are street man. I dont know how they got job in this bank spacily dupty manager and manager they will spoil this bank in very short time.

Useless app, there is no login window but always asks for change of pin. How stupid. Do not know how to login

This is to inform that app is not working nowadays. After opening app it keeps blinking only. If anyone has same problem please report to get resolved by technical team.

U say it useless it's crap just waste of downloading app tjsb must have tied up with cellular services for frauds saying we will help u consume data and anyways our app is not gonna run. In this digital world cant believe that bank is having such tired app. It doesnt even allows you to register and reset pwd. Only God knows if there is any option in bank

Last 6 months pin had to be changed 60 times, see your records. Real headache

The app keeps giving errors. These have been reported but remain unresolved. No use providing a facility that doesn't work. Poor Quality Check. Worked ok yesterday, back to issues today... Hence uninstalled as it reflects poor customer service focus

It took more than a month to start the service and still it doesn't work,app asks to change change mpin all the time and doesn't go any further.
