Worst Banking App. Mobile number shows not linked even though I'm using the same one already registered with the account. Can't believe that a financial institution can release such an app without doing any kind of internal testing. Such an inconvenience.. Huh!!

Every thing is ok... But whenever the app is upgraded every time my saved registered payee data gets erased... I have to struggle again to collect all data and register again..

the updated app is too buggy, unresponsive & very slow. 2 minutes to check Available Balance. 'v'

This is one of the flopes app in PMC History. There r some technical issues. 1.the mob number linked to Ur acct should be in the mobile phone 1st slot,if u have a dual SIM. 2.its again not necessary that it would start. 3.call center r unable to help as they do not have any access. 4.call center can only take complaints. 5.the previous app was a GOD gift. Suggestions: Even if we have a dual SIM phone, why should there be slot selection by the bank. Apps were launched so the crowd of customers would be less in bank. Now for small transfer also we need to go to bank & do NEFT for which we have to pay again. Request u ,as Ur bank has a good image in all kind of services,please do something to continue with the same image Rest a lot of issues might raise after the app starts working...

Updated version is worst... not working properly... mpin is not changed

Too bad app it's very slow u have to register same payee every time and server down all the time please work on it. It is worse app

Correct mobile number not accepted when we received routine sms and other sms on the same number from bank.

Compare to last app its not good,please update app,payee registrar not store, so update soon

Although my mobile is linked to my account it says not linked. Hence unable to proceed further

One of a disgusting app I have ever used. Not able to Register after installing the updated version. I have a single sim card phone.still not able to Register. No one to help, not even the call center. Have to go to the bank for even small transactions & also have to pay the charges for NEFT. IF PMC bank was not ready with the application, why we were told to install the updated version. Kindly don't harass us (ur bank customers ). Need solutions ASAP...

uselessly banking app if u forget password no option to reset it.
