Yes, even I had the same issue as others have mentioned. I was getting this error message when trying to register for the first time, "Your mobile number and IMEI does not match". I contacted the nearest branch and told them about this issue and also mentioned about so many bad reviews on playstore. They assured me that the issue will be resolved by next day. But I got call from them within a couple of hours the same day asking me to try again. And here we go, I could register and then use all the features smoothly. All's well that ends well! Guys, I request you to visit your nearest branch if you are facing this issue, instead of writing bad reviews​. And developers, please check why are so many people facing this issue.

Useless APP. Error Message : Mobile Number and IMEI do not match while registering it in new mobile instrument. No solution given to resolve this issue.

You can't just use one mobile phone for life, l'm not able to log in, it says, mobile number and imei number do not match what rubbish. Where r the makers can't they read this issue and fix it?

My OS is Marsh mellow and I am trying to login to the app, but it continuously shows an error message 'your mobile number and IMEI number does not match'. Please note that I am trying to login with the same number that is activated on my mobile. I dont understand why its not working. This problem also occures even when user uninstalls and reinstalls the app. Happening with me right now. Dont know how to solve this!
