Radio Alarm Clock - PocketBell

A little difficult to use...couldn't change the time of alarm so had to make a new alarm. The media volume has to be on for it to be heard. Not a techie; instructions unclear.

Was thought radio automatically wake up phone firstly but it doesn't. Could you fix it? I would love to have an alarm wake me up every morning by an English radio. Will change to 5 star if it could be done. tks

I used to love this alarm. Bought the full version of it over a year ago and I've never had a problem. Recently however my alarms aren't going off. This seems to happen even though i check and test my alarm every night. I've slept in four times in three weeks!! Not happy! Please fix this!

Freezes during alarm, so you are not able to turn it off. Tried once where the alarm did not go off at all (could be do not disturb mode, idk).

Many CBC radio stations don't work. Too bad. The app is so nicely done otherwise. CBC Ottawa radio ... Fix please

I was able to download an mp3 file and link it to my alarm times. But they don't always use that file for the alarm sound. It is random the way that it chooses to use that sound file or not. Regular alarm sounds don't wake me. Please fix the glitch so my download file remains my only alarm sound.

This software has a lot of good options, but they do not work as you expected. It work for first day but the next day does not. I did all setting again and again but it looks the software do not respect new setting and do some thing else. I hope the developer find this huge. Other than this problem this software has a lot of good ideas.

I liked this alarm it was nice to wake up to the radio for a change. But now they've got rid of the only radio I wanted to wake up to. Radio X. So there is no point having the app anymore

Pretty good. Love the radio alarm. Only problem is after a while it goes from drag to snooze/turn off to 'tap to turn off' seems like a weird bug and means there's no snooze function.

I uninstalled this app immediately. They don't have any popular stations IN BOSTON. Get your stuff together developers.

I've had this alarm over a year. It almost always worked, but if I wanted to be sure to get up (the only thing an alarm basically should do), I had to set another alarm. Now I just got a new phone, and it never works in the morning... Only when I test it or set it to go of within one minute. Too bad. It is great otherwise.

This app is great if you want a simple, easy to use alarm with loads of adjustable settings to suit your needs. I use it as a radio alarm with the progressive setting on as this wakes me up in a better mood than a standard alarm clock that beeps.

It is a really good app. I like first of all the quality not like the others home-made staff. There is the possibility to use Youtube! Well done! The top app is in this area.

Missed multiple alarms when trying to link a YouTube video. Won't vibrate either and sometimes it won't play any sound at all. On the Google Pixel.

Would give it more stars if it worked. The app starts the radio feed, then stops after a couple of minutes.

Wakeup by a selected radio channel is what I'm looking for, and flip-to-snooze is really a bonus that I like. Even the tap-to-snooze is more convenient than my system alarm's slide-to-snooze. There problem at the time being is, radio won't work if I don't enable "WiFi On/Off", and if I enable that, it switch off my wifi after every alarm!

Was looking for a streaming widget, then found the alarm app I'd given up on!

(+) alarm rings when actually set (no kidding, that's not a given) (+) clean and modern interface (+) customizable lift/shake/flip actions (+) plays audio,web-radio and YouTube (+) widget and lock screen info (+) countdown alarm and countdown until alarm (+) weekday selection (+) override DND (+) multipley, easy to manage alarms (-) fiddly sliders for various settings, but with selectable granularity (-) widget not found when installed to adopted storage (bug?) - If this alarm ever gets customizable TTS and a weather service connection I buy it a second time =)

Just stared up school again and needed a good alarm clock. Love the radio and youtube function. Defiantly recommend this app. One thing that I would like to see added if possible. In the youtube function, I would like to see a feature that you can turn on and select a youtube channel you like and have it automaticly play the latest video from that channel. I watch a daily youtube talk show that is released at 6am my time and always start my day off with it. Just an idea. Thanks

I love this alarm app. It works exactly as expected plus it has some great features. I used to like waking up to radio stations in the morning and letting them play while I woke up. With this app I'm able to that again. I'm considering upgrading to the "pro" version just to give the developer money for a great product already.

All round probably the best radio alarm clock on the play store. Would like to point out a few bugs though: 1 the alarm will cut out for 30 secs to a min sometimes 2 when set to run for unlimited after x amount of time it will start to loop. This x amount of timw is completely random. All in all a pretty good app.

Wasn't a happy chappy. But enjoyed it before I had this happen to me. Did it again, dropped to one star, I'm late for work now. Delete!!!!

This app is so frustrating! I couldn't find a way to edit my old alarm to make it sound on more days so I created a new alarm for those other days, but they're listed as separate alarms. Moreover, I can't find a way to delete alarms! At best I can just disable them. Even worse, the alarm only worked the first time I tested it, but now it keeps saying "Ringer volume set silent!" However, I couldn't find anything in this app's settings or the general android settings that fixed it. I tried restarting the phone too but that didn't help either. I guess I won't be using this app anymore.

I was unable to find my favorite station, but there was a good enough replacement. The shake motion sensor seems to be the most useful, but it can lead to the alarm turning itself off. (You might want to add an option to decrease sensitivity) I love absolutely everything else about this app, and all of its improvements from the default alarm app.

I've been trying to use this app for a little over a week now. When it works it's a great way to start a day but more than 50% of times it simply does not go off. Have been late for work various times. Unacceptable. Uninstalling now.

Work's without any problems. I had installed other alarms and set them up with them failing to go off. This app worked first time and dose its job.

This app is great, with all the features I wanted and more. I can wake up to the radio starting soft and gradually getting louder. I can skip an upcoming alarm if say I wake up before it. I can choose to listen to the radio longer by hitting a separate button that takes me into listen mode. I haven't had a problem with it not going off or not finding a stream, which occasionally happened with my old app.

Really happy with the app. Was the only decent radio alarm clock that I could find. Does everything I need it too. AND When I had an issue with a radio station missing from the list. Sent an email. 10 minutes later had a reply. 10 minutes after that problem was fixed. Great service.

I set a specific YouTube alarm, was looking forward to it. Then instead, the default alarm goes off. Boring. And dissatisfied. Make your app more robust in an update, and I'll upgrade my rating.

This alarm doesn't go off consistently, if you look though the reviews you'll see plenty of others saying this. Both me and my friend have this issue, so I'm certain this is much more common than what the reviews make out. Don't take the risk of being late because of this app, please go elsewhere.

Absolutely love this app, always works perfectly and looks nice too! Loads of different alarm settings and brilliant for when I can't be bothered to look at my phone screen first thing in the morning, I can just flip the phone over and the alarm will stop! Update, just bought an iPhone 6 which I love, but I'm missing this app, any chance of an iOS version!

Everything was perfect until few days ago. Now whenever my alarm is meant to be on, there is no sound. It shows that the ringer volume is set silent. Even though every sound settings in both app and system are switched on. Now an app I paid for is useless....

Great app but it only plays the first few minutes of the radio then repeats it. I have paid to upgrade to unlimited alarm duration! Why is this happening??

Despite settings on phone and app set to not vibrate when the radio comes on I get this annoying pulsating noise and can't get rid of it going to remove and look for another app

It is nice to wake up with the radio station that I like! If you have any problems with the alarm not sounding check the priority settings, you will need to allow this app to be a priority.

The app itself is a bog-standard Material Design alarm clock app, but the widget makes up for it.

Used this app for 2 mornings. Slow to connect to station and search doesn't work well. 3 minute play limit for 'trial' of the free version is too stingy. Uninstalled and moved on to a better app, Alarm Clock Radio Free.

Like waking to the radio but it either switches off or you can't switch it off at all. A bit clunky and difficult to reset or delete unwanted alarms. I don't understand those that say not enough stations - there are loads.
