FiLMiC Pro Evaluator

The Evaluation App (Filmic Pro Evaluator) is pretty good. The Problem is with Filmic Pro's fratures and how they work on Samsung Smartphones. You need to work on that. I find the Cinema 4k App more easy to use for Samsung Smartphones and their FLAT profile has a lot more colour information. The pricing for this App is way off. Regardless of who uses it. Especially since the Same FLAT profile is available for a fraction of the cost via other Apps.

Evaluated as compatible, but Filmic Pro not available to install from Google Play as not compatible

Will you add the LOG PROFILE to the Android version of FiLMiC Pro, or it's only for iPhone??

Wanted to try Filmic Plus or Pro to get constant frame rate video on my Huawei Mate 9. The Help in the app says "By scrolling through the list of features you will see which are supported by each app on your exact device." Cool. So I spent a good while comparing the features of the 2 versions, chose Filmic Pro, and was sent to the Google Play Store where a message greeted me: "Your device isn't compatible with this version". What a waste of time.

The features is awsome, and I bought this as I bought the Osmo mobile, I am using s7 edge btw, however all video at all frame rate or resolution, either save on u3 micro sd or internally emmc are very lag and dropped frame, making the footage unusable. I am quite disappointed Is there a way to refund it?

Or should also show what features your phone will be missing from the app. (put it under "still in development for your phone" section)

NOT AN EVALUATOR! It's 3 pdfs disguised as an app. You can only read a list of features. This could pass for a COMPARISON at best, but definitely NOT an EVALUATION! I was hoping for an honest evaluator. Even if its got a watermark on the video. Heck, even a version that was functional, minus the Record Button! Seems easy enough to do, and if its a good product, I'm sure sales will go up! Instead of ticking ppl off with this app, and making people pay to try the real one (which I will not be doing). :-/

A "trial" of the actual Filmic Plus and Pro will be perfect.. For example have all the functions available except Saving.. so you can actually play arround see how it is get " impressed" and buy it.. i just hope that in near future you will do something like this. I just dont want to spend money so i just get another bug comment for the "desired" version, becausethere are a lot of reviews like that already

It made me realize that I only really needed the plus version rather than the pro. Great job.

This is a great device evaluator app. Well laid out and straightforward. I just wish a proper trial app (with limited recording time for example) was available for proper field testing before buying though.

The Sundance FF movie, Tangerine, filmed on this was regarded as the worst film in Sundance history largely due to its amateur look and crushed colors. It led one notable reviewer to exclaim "you dont use a phone to make a feature film. Duh" Cinema FV is better if you must though.
