I'm using the free version so don't know if pro works better or not. Couple of major design flaws. You get 6 free connections. I want to delete one & can't find a way, so it's taking up a free slot. When you set up a new connection it takes you to the page where you select where to store the documents. After that there's no way to return to the main menu. Only option is to hit the go back button and exit the app. Don't know if these issues exist in the pro version but I'm not willing to find out.

My premium account went back to basic even I paid $5.00 every month. Emailed, but no response. Cancelled my account. Will come back if I get a response.

Needs to allow sign in using Google account. Setting up connections using the app is clunky and slow so I did all mine through the website but the service is working great. Hope more connections are added soon!

I had become paranoid after my identity was stolen, and seeing the Filethis doesn't provide means to delete your account completely makes me wonder if they are actually the ones who stole it (I'm just assuming!). Tried to delete it, but they leave it as "Basic" which means they still have all your vital and important information. They need to be more transparent.

Good stuff on this app, Very up to date. Only thing I noticed was the connections are limited. I know this is a lot of work to get it all going but it could use more businesses I have several things there's no hookup for. For example gamefly just for one. Also if you can't do it connection wise it would help if there was a manual input of a recurring fee. Just to keep track. I may be off base though. Good stuff though, keep it going.

Could use a MUCH cleaner UI/UX. Don't expect EVERYTHING to be available or quickly added, they have not added one of the dozen services I have suggested in over six months. Support is rude. Have been no design improvements in the time I have used it. Support is technically 'available' as they have responded but shuts down any sort of suggestions and denies any bugs so pretty useless. Uses flash.

For my American Express Personal Savings account it keeps making me get an identification code. When I enter it then run it again it does the same thing all over

THIS IS A GREAT APP, but they need to up their game and provide all top 100 connections for credit unions & banking, 100 top loans &credit cards, 100 top US utilities, and provide a 'quick add' connections button to the app. Uploading docs only works for monthly bills, and is an extra step (hassle) for most people, who will not do this. Make it easy from the start, provide every connection thinkable, and you will win! You are better than MINT, but without the pre-installed, top connections, you will fail. WHY NOT PARTNER WITH MINT??? God bless.

Just downloaded the app, so my review is really for the service, not the app. I'm not sure how helpful the app will be since I'm sending my documents to Evernote. My biggest complaint with the service is that if you use a credit union or local bank you are going to be pretty much out of luck connecting. I'm not sure why. If Mint can do it why can't FileThis?

I like the idea, but seems to focus more on selling the upgrade BEFORE helping you learn how to use it. Spent more time looking for HELP than actually using the app. Why would I buy it if I haven't had the opportunity to successfully try it out? I got stuck in a cycle when adding an account they kept asking me for answer to a security question that was not my question so I didn't have an answer.

"Can not retrieve data from server" error non-stop with both wifi and Verizon LTE fully active. Connections for only 4 of our 19 potential banks, utilities, bills, etc. The web site mentions that it captures receipt so we were expecting a doc capture/camera app. Complete top-down review in upcoming WSJ article.

I like the idea behind it, but there are a few issues I hope gets fixed. The app is pretty sluggish even on a Nexus 6, absolutely no thought given to the material design guidelines, and an outrageous subscription rate.

FileThis is a fantastic service. If they could work out the (many) bugs in the app, I'd give it 5 stars. As it stands, you can work around the bugs by simply using the web app. Really guys, the Android app sucks. One of the buggiest apps I've ever used. Shame...

Only 6 connected businesses, accounts without $4.99 p/m subscription. This is ridiculously expensive. Deleting my account withdrawing my suggestion post on Facebook.

I tested this out on 6 different accounts and they all work perfectly. But then, my main back, u s a a, has a second login requirement that I could not bypass using this app. So, after paying the 5 dollars, I found out the app won't work through my primary bank.

Tried installing the app and setting up an account but have been getting an error message that the site is down for maintenance so try a bit later. That has been since Friday. Well two days apparently is not yet "a bit later". I don't get it.

It doesn't follow Material Design guidelines and uses icons from iOS (like the share icon). Also, there are no xxhdpi assets. And worst of all, the app is sluggish even on a Nexus 5.

Super awesome app! I love to be able to have all my bills in one place. Thank you for responding and fixing my problem! Great customer service! I want to upgrade to the unlimited connection...but the other billers I have are not on your list. Is there a way to add billers manually? I have been using the Ultimate version for over a year. Due to a communication issue between Google and FileThis, my subscription was downgraded to the Basic plan a few months ago before I realized it. It only took customer support a few hours to get me back to the Ultimate plan and they comped me for the months that were at the Basic level. Actually, they offered more, but I will only do what is right and fair for both of us. It's a great product at a very reasonable price. Kudos to FileThis!
