Having exactly the same problems as everyone else and also with a note 3. Please sort immediately. BTW folks someone suggested if you turn off wifi you can access photos again. I tried this and it does work but of course this is only a temp fix.

Can't view any photos or videos without this app shutting it down. Tried uninstalling but for some reason it's still on my phone and causing problems although it doesn't show in the app manager. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!!

This app doesn't work!! I've tried several times (5). I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it 5 times. Restarted my phone twice with no luck. So now I'm just going to Uninstall permanently.
