I keep having to reboot my Android to be able to use this app.

Can't log in since this new release IT SUCKS GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION AT LEAST it would allow me to log in and check n update work orders

This is trash at login I cleared the cache , cleared the data, and forced stopped the app. Then restarted the app with my web site login info and it then let me login. Using my web site name and password. didn't need to use my actual name. Hope this helps!

App opens fine. 95% of the time the app does not recognize my log in credentials.

Some html bugs in the wo desc area ( &npsb between every word. Other then that I'd five star it. Makes it real easy to bid jobs and to provide proof of service/deliverables/documents. Easy to check in and out of WO.

All of the job summary as well as everything else is only viewable in HTML format. Which means that it is not coming through as what would appear to be a website or a web page. For some one that doesn't know how to read HTML it just looks like a bunch of gibberish.

FS App does not work. Has a bad problem that NEEDS to be fixed. Downloaded app and and it will not let me sign in with my FS username and password. Not very useful if it cannot be used. This will be a very good tool when the bugs are worked out of it.

The app works well enough but whoever thought of their color scheme should be ashamed. Really? Dark blue on light blue? Have you ever tried to read that on a phone in a car on a sunny day? Change the color of the text and I'll change my rating.

I need to be able to copy and paste site address from work details and also have the ability to confirm work orders. However i emailed support and they fixed my login issue

The work orders are nothing but gibberish. Desperate need for an update to this app.

Can't login. After I have logged in once, I have to go kill the APP using task manager, to be able to log in again. Why don't you just make it simple, and give us a mobile PIN, instead of the username/Password everytime. The data doesn't come up properly. It just displays all of the HTML tags, when looking at it. It IS still more practical than using a laptop. Too bad it wasn't easier! Added 11/10/2014 Seems a LITTLE more stable. Still would be nice to be able to log into my HANDHELD DEVICE with a PIN! 5/2015 Still very flaky. I find myself having to kill the app, and restart to use it. I am unable to copy and paste information, tracking numbers, etc out of the work order. Seems like they only gave us an APP, so they could say they have an APP.

So one please design a better in face and easy way to get a look at your stuff.

Need to be able to upload PDF's as well as pic's, and also be able to copy and paste texts to the comments section. Please change the font color...it's too hard to read the Work Order info.

Constantly have to force stop and clear data to sign in. Can't upload a file, only take a photo. No excuse for it to remain like this year after year.

The app isn't perfect but works well on my new mobile. Can you guys updated so it auto-rotates. Panoramic view would allow for better content fitment than portrait.

I have to uninstall and reinstall a few times a day. If I ever hit home screen button and leave the app it will no longer recognise my log in id. This by far is the worst app for the platforms.

Still has a few areas that can improve.. but overall excellent app.

Can't login with email address or name. So app is useless.

Web login great!!!!! However, This app doesn't work @ ALL, so how are you supposed to work effectively with this app they're requesting you use to login? I just used same credentials to login on laptop & pc. No issues, this mobile app doesn't recognize me being a technician or having an account W/Field Solutions, I get error message "no credentials"

Can't upload pictures due to app closing due to error. Galaxy Note 3.

My title says it all. This is a very underdeveloped app. Seems like they just home brewed something to claim they have an app. When it works it works as expected. Good first try, now please go back and refine the app for production use.

Used to be able too with my Samsung phone. Handy if you can login

Resolved: This app's cache has to Be cleared in the android settings for downloaded apps. Somehow login gets corrupted when switching from WiFi to cellular signal. Location error goes away when GPS is on. I like the map it feature for the jobs. Faster than the full website to see work orders.

Moto Droid RAZR Maxx. App locks up. Will not let me log in a lot of times. Will have been looking at assignments and go look a emails then come back to look at more but they are all gone. It has logged me out. Then when I try to log in it says I am not a valid user. I have to go to apps and force stop it. Then it will let me log in. Then if you do go look at an assignment there is HTML code thru the whole description. So you have to figure out where code stops and description begins or visversa.

I have the same log in problem that others have mentioned. I have found that on my LG Spectrum 2 needs to be restarted each time that I need to log in. Not ideal but it is a work around.

After a reinstall, it seems to be working now. Logged in with my tech ID and password.

A year later and nothing has changed. I have to reinstall this app over and over. After a given amount of time it no longer accepts my credentials.

Doesnt recognize tech creds? Yet sometimes its the best thing goin. Its a bi polar app. Android developer needed for sure!!

Still showing work orders from April! Clean up expired junk.

Easy to use.Help, when you on the road.Too bad need to have re-login sometimes.If anyone have problem on Android go back after entering User/Password ,just click on FS then go back to home screen and then go back FS it will refresh link to username and password .I had to do it on MyTouch 4G.

Couple things when logged in I can go back to the home screen i can check email go online play games social network but logs you out when texting... be nice to confirm job without going on full site
