The app had gotten pretty solid for a while, but the new version is riddled with easily avoidable errors. For example, when applying for work orders, it allows you to choose an expiration date in January of 2017, but then tells you that the date is in the past. Also, accepting and confirming work orders has become cumbersome, as it often requires you to put in an ETA and time window, but will not allow you to put in one that is different from the original one even if the accepted offer falls outside.
Absolutely the worst program I have ever had to use . So many things just do not work. It is a big time waster . I would gladly make a list of all the problems if anyone cared to listen..
Horrible. As many have stated, the design is bad & inconvenient. I see FN try to generously engage reviewers by encouraging to email FN's support or whatnot, but this is simply a design inferiority. No bugs, no malfunction, etc.
It's not user friendly at all. Everything about the app has changed . Hard to find anything when u really need to
I cannot seem to get push notifications of newly posted work. How do I make this happen?
The availability stays in loading status. I reinstalled and it cleared the issue. Still need to get used to the app
Nice for quick interaction, logging, and uploading deliverables. Sometimes doesn't record check ins and outs effectively.
Out source the app programming
Was great till they released this entirely new lay out. I absolutely do not like the new update/layout. Please roll back to the previous version!!!
Payment on list view incorrect. No work order ID on list view. Also, when declining a work order from within the work order screen, should return the user to list view automatically.
Maps broken,when looking for work if you enter a job then exit job you start at top,if you accidentally rotate phone you start at top of list, always goes to assigned if you hit back button. Can i use older versions of app on android 7.0?

What happened to the today's and tomorrows work orders. Best part of the new version.
The new interface is clunky and not intuitive. Useful features were removed and others are difficult to find. I'm very unhappy right now and have resorted to remoting into a computer to use the full site. I never complain about updates and rarely post app reviews, by the way
New layout isn't thought out at all. Navigation menu is ok, but lacking the simplicity of the last design. Completed work orders are in 'oldest to newest' order and not sortable. If I'm looking through my completed tickets, I probably want something recent, not years old! I'm rolling back to the previous version.
Killed a perfectly useful app. Out of the 3 major work platform apps this was the only one that was intuitive and useful. This update just put it into the useless category.. Instead of making my job easier it just complicated it needlessly.
The buyer and site contact is missing. I used to get to a job site, look at the app and ticket, then tap and call the listed site contact or ticket manager. Birds sang, crowds cheered, everyone was happy and delighted. Now however, both of their info is hidden to me when using the app. I have to use the website or call and irritate the buyer by saying "sorry the new app doesn't show me that anymore" I'm sure you'll fix it soon won't you guys?
The latest update ruined this for me. The new features are fine (being able to provide an eta when requesting) and could've been integrated without the horrible menu updates. The change is unnecessary, the look is hideous (not even on brand). This update made me want to stop using it.
It's harder to find certain W.O.s I've completed. Also I hate when searching for new work and click on a W.O. then back out and the search starts all over; would be great if the search listing continued from the W.O. I clicked on. Also please add pending approval in the app (like on the web based version). And a filter/sort by dates and company would also help out alot.
This update transformed what was a useful and straight forward app into being utterly useless. Easier to use the web portal. What ever happened to testing before putting onto the production line ?
Looks better. when a buyer makes a change I would like to know what was changed when you get those messages saying that a changes made to the work order
ABSOLUTELY HATE IT. i cannot even look for work. Example i know there are 300 jobs around my area but the app only shows 5.
New update is awful. Not user friendly. Please go back to previous version.
Every time I click on a link from my email, I have to force close the app and press the link again, connectivity issues... Seriously needs a home button. Besides that it's pretty good. It would also help if I could highlight certain things and copy them, like tracking numbers and such.
Easier with the app. More jobs you get the more work you get. I make about 2000 a month on this app. I think fn is the best leading app right now. Sometimes the work is slow but its all about you're hustle. You can't be lazy and you got to want work. They can see when your online so its on you to put in work
Considering the how much I use it, it's a pretty good app. However, there's a plethora of problems. When I get an error tag it hangs around forever. It would be nice if I could dismiss the error and use my screen again. Another issue is ups tracking numbers often don't work, triggering the error message, and then I have to type the entire thing again(if I don't have the label), and still don't know how many digits the app is expecting. Also, I have problems uploading images. Often it doesn't trigger the description screen. And then other times it will start to upload and I get messages like "145 images(or is it files?)to upload" for the single image. Also, the app doesn't always load the most recent information in a work order, and sometimes will not load a work order from email, requiring a refresh.
Awsome easy to use and making great money. Only complaint is that app will eat about 2-3%battery every 30 min please update so it is fully compatible with Nougat.
The app is fine so that you don't have to log in on a browser, I guess, except a lot of times I just use the browser! Besides the high data usage (for mostly text), why is it so hard to get a work order to load the FIRST time? The glitches and it not loading properly have made me lose my check in time as it didn't save the check-in. But seriously, when loading a work order, more often than not, I have to reload it, or close the app. There's no reason to sit for 60+ seconds with that little circle arrow, before giving up, and yet it load immediately the next try. Can someone seriously fix this, or did the app developers you used, put proprietary code that makes it difficult to fix? Geez.
I like the update but this app needs a home button because the back arrow only cycles back all the pages that you previously visited and it take s too long to get back to the home screen. I cannot upload pictures to it from other apps like before. Is this a bug?
App doesn't even load after login credentials are supplied. The previous version had issues, such as eta had to be accepted, though another was negotiated; contact information not supplied, etc. Etc. A number of folks have already submitted the same complaints...there are many more, but nothing has been done to resolve even lack of basic functionality. I hate that i have to resort to using the full site on android, which, in order to view anything, one has to zoom very far in...and the necessary buttons are out of reach and there is no means of grabbing and moving the panel to access them. Many reasons...
Last Update Crippled The App'. Extremely Sluggish. 2+ Minutes2 Populate WO's Over 4G. Bottle Neck For Checking N & Out. PITA.
I love this app field nation and even the web site is great the more jobs you are able to get done and don't right more likely they will send you more I have done about 5 job out of those 5 i made about little over 300-400 and this is just starting I have more work next day and day after that just keep getting more and more make more of this then the other job I do
When initially opening the app my assigned work orders don't show. I have to switch over to available work orders then go back to assigned just to see them.
Connection issues whether over Wi-Fi or 4G very slow
It's faster than the website but needs a few extra features ....

Work is coming in. The paying is a little slows and feels as if you might not get paid, but it's been steady everyday. They're great it's my banking situation not Fn that is slow good jobs good company.
