Please in the future include a bar code scanner is very easy. The parts that are sent to technicians come with labels to be returned. This labels come with bar codes . I spend a lot time calling to give back these tracking numbers and PRF numbers. Instead include a field that allows one to scan the bar code from the phone and inputs the data automatically. It will save time both for the buyer and the technician.

Before I was able to click on the phone numbers displayed on the world order and it would take me to the dialer with the number. But not anymore. Please fix

Why isn't there in-app notifications??? Why doesn't this app have pop-up notifications? Especially when a work order is routed directly to a provider? The text notifications are NOT reliable!

It doesn't show me the recent activities of my any work orders. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get latest work orders. I tried to contact tech support, but no help.

I love that the info is similar to full website. It seems I was set as a seller and not a buyer (technician), WO messages are OK now. I love the cache feature in settings to save on my data plan.
