Need user defined symptoms, protein no protein for meals. Better screen layout & portrait mode. Add note to each selection. Good start though. I realize not many people would use this however could be great help to those of us that need it

Everything I do on my phone this thing is poping up to see if I recorded it. Can't turn it off so I uninstalled. And another thing is that it doesn't record thing audio ably. For a person that shacks that would be handy.
