NetBenefits for Android
Thanks for the new update! Back to normal.
Just a web wrapper. Disappointing.
Why can't I create a account on this app?
It's a web view
Fingerprint was long overdue.
Was good. ......then update. Now uninstalling
This app can't be closed when open /login. I always use active apps application to close it. I'm using Samsung galaxy s4. Other apps work ok. The latest update 3/25/17 keeps crashing. Please, fix it. Too bad
This app crashes every time you try to open it, please fix
Latest update crashes instantly. Can't even open on s4.
After latest update it crashes immediately after start.
After the update. .my app is crashing when try to open it.
Latest update crashes immediately. .fix it. ..
Last update immediately crashes.on launch
Amateur hour. Looks like they hired an intern to write it in three weeks.
Won't open after latest update
OK for checking portfolio, but REALLY unusable if one wants to carry out a transaction of any sort, pulling in Web pages is a really poor way to integrate services. Just use other Fidelity Investments app for brokerage accounts, all work-related plans are accessible there too!
Can't see my paycheck which is one of the main reasons I loaded it. Now I can see my investments, but have to log onto a computer for paycheck...makes this useless until this is added.
Can't see my paycheck, only through a computer can you guys add this feature?
The apps feature for send document loggs me off each time i snap a picture this app is garbish and i have no need for this app
Very nice way to track my 401k
Get fingerprint support
Once you log out the back button does not exit the app. I either have to hit my home button or force close the app. Back button exit works with every other app of any type I have ever installed. This is almost a default function for all apps. What is the point of not having this feature?
Fingerprint login goes into an endless loop on a Samsung G7 Edge - had to power down; couldn't break out of it or get to Settings to force stop.
i tried installin twice, it almost crashed my mobile app really needs good amt of testing to be done.
The app is very slow. UI is not intuitive.
It's ok but a little laggy and buggy. Can do alot of things but will try to flip from a mobile view to a desktop view some times. If your just checking on your portfolio this will do. But the desktop version is still better for everything else
I can't get on? updated the app, then when I opened it the fingerprint option showed up. saying AFTER I log in, I can set up a finger print option.. COOL! I have 2 options from there.. click okay or click learn more. I click okay, it reloads and pops up the finger print thing again. I click learn more it doesn't help.. I click okay, repeat. repeat, repeat, repeat.. won't let me sign on due to this issue. I like the app, well I used to..
It's nice that the app is fingerprint enabled, but the lack of support for the hardware back button that all Android phones have is mildly infuriating. Also the app does not follow rotation lock settings - it will rotate to landscape even if your phone is locked in portrait mode. Other than that it's still minimally functional.
Crashes when opens after recent update! Other than that. It's an ok tool, needs work.
Surprisingly limited features, slow and kludgey UI. Doesn't honor the phone's back button like every other app. And why does this app want access to my bookmarks and browsing history?
Brokerage link looks like a choppy version of the web app. The UI is awful for brokerage on mobile and desktop site. Small charts, doesn't say how much each trade is worth total, and the ticker price is NOT real time (lags a few minutes).
It just opens fidelity Web page inside the app. Why use the app if you can a browser which displays the page better.
Good for checking 401k. Finger print recognition is poorly place in the bottom. App keeps on thinking I want to change finger print selection rather than signing in using my finger print
Just a web wrapper and not a great one. No idea how to enable fingerprint login and I've looked at every setting. Oneplus 3t
This app no longer works after updating it recently. Sigh...
It would have been faster if I opened Fidelity on my browser
Was working good. But lately it will not open up account information. Just keeps loading after I click on my account
After I updated and log in. It just spins on my account. Can't get to my info like I did in the old app
Well made. More detailed and simplified explanations of balances would be neat.
