MaaS360 MDM for Samsung

Lots of complaints that you cannot uninstall. That is the point people, your employer can remove it from their administration portal. This is meant to secure company data and other offer work productivity

App becomes device administrator after installing with no option to uninstall, force stop of deactivation. Update: Since MaaS360 didn't response on the uninstall issue, I searched internet for a solution. Here it is: When you open MaaS360 click on the settings icon of the app (I have a Galaxy S4 for reference). You will see an option to "Remove MDM control." Click that and follow the prompts. After I had removed MDM control I was able to uninstall the app.

Often when an email is opened it is displayed as a blank email. You have to remember which one it is and reopen it to read it. (It will be marked as read.)

This app becomes a Device Admin amd will not let you deactivate it as such to delete. Grabs your phone and wont let go. Tell employer to use Microsoft Exchange

to Uninstall, remove mdm control in the mass360 app itself. top right corner with three dots. the first option is remove mdm control. let that finish the u can uninstall in app manager on your phone in settings

The calendar app should show day if the week e.g. Wednesday. Not just the date.

Locks my phone after 30 sec...... very annoying when reading a large email

Deactivate.. uninstall buttons are all disabled.. please tell us how to remove this apps... it only allows to install the apps but no way to remove...

This app is terrible, it slows the device to a snails pace and never works.

Not helpful..crashes all the time..drains battery..hangs..

I have had no problems with this app until it was updated on 3/11/2016. Now all of my pic and video files from prior to 3/11 are encrypted and unable to be opened by phone or CPU. So I essentially lost all of those files. Please try to fix this.

Please make it stop…..I don’t know what happened. After changing my password it will not allow me to log in; continue to receive the same error message over and over again “Could not open connection to server.” I provides Possible ways to fix the issue: 1. Ensure that the device is connected to the internet. 2. Check for device’s Auto-Sync setting. 3. If you recently updated your corporate credentials, navigate to settings and update the credentials. TOTALLY USELESS, I’m so disappointed.

Some word wrap issues in the email app sometimes, but nothing I can't live with. Really wish it supported the fingerprint reader on my new S7 edge tho!

Biggest issue is with the password reset. Every 90 days when it's time to update my password I have to delete and reinstall my corporate settings because the device doesn't register that I've updated my password... not a fun process.

Since installing this app I'm lucky if I get 6 hours of battery life. It is much better than the Good for Enterprise app, but until they fix the battery issue I can't give more than one star.

Since the update they took the day off the individual day view on the calendar. So now you can see June 9 but don't know if it is a Thursday or Monday. Also. Doesn't sync with contacts on the phone. Numbers in my contacts are not identified when the phone rings. The apple version is much more integrated into the phone settings

Suddenly kicked out from my verse account. Turns out that (i dont know why) my device is not registered. But this maas360 said that it needs to reinstall. But to reinstall it I need to deactivate my device administrator first. But I can't do that because the deactivate button is grey'd

Difficult to connect to email server. Once connected, can't view email in HTML format.

Auto updated and can no longer receive email. Now it won't let me deactivate or uninstall.

It doesn't work it randomly updates my emails I always get the message unable to open connection to server

Do not install this on your phone.

Once installed your phone is no longer yours. You'll never be able to uninstall it. So never install it!

Embarassing... Samsung version is not working on Galaxy Note 4... got message to uninstall and use the Android app...

Battery drained very quickly... please fix this problem

Ever since the update battery life is less than a quarter of what it was before the update. Doesn't even last 18 hours. Please fix asap

Since the update I can't access email, calendar, or anything else. All I can do is log in. App is completely useless at this point.

Crashes less often. Went to a completely different user interface. You could "snooze" a message in previous version. Now this same swipe deletes the email. Oops. Added cheesey icons for names which ignore how the contact is in your contact list. Forces a last name first convention. Why take up the screen space? Yesterday was my first travel day with this version. We have now managed to sneak back in the battery draining effects of older versions.

The update with cheap iphone like. icons ... super sensitive to sliding .. keeps deleting emails?? ... have to move them from trash . Ruins the entire experience of reading emails. Calender is not at friendly. Worst mobile MDM out there

Since the latest update I can no longer connect to my work email. The error message simply states cannot connect to mail server. This makes this application useless to me.

All folders are in one list even they are not. For each subprogram runs own thread. Deletion is useless. And this for 5 mins of usage! Its automatically updated! !!!

Can't open my email can't see my emails after new emails please fix

Uses on average 50 to 60 percent of my battery per hour. Nice redesign and look, but is very bad on battery
