Great app only let down by broken (from last updare) remote connectivity. What happened??

Very upset about this update and the android app. Not as nice as the apple app and terrible trouble connecting. Hate the new Fibaro ID it has caused nothing but trouble. Things were working fine until this was forced on me. Want to ditch my fibaro gear now. I cannot get a remote connection with the android app, not even with a ddns.

After the new 2017 idea of ID LOGIN and update to 4.110: - not able to connect to my HC2 remote, - many scenes do not work anymore. Very, very, very frustating after spending almost 4000 euro buying Fibaro products. Excelent marketing & products, but poor quality software and unacceptable poor support. I need very little to throught it away and accept that all these money are lost forever. If anybody interested, I would sell all with 75% discount.

FibaroID breaks the ability to login remotely. DO NOT reinstall the app in an attempt to fix that, you will just lose the ability to connect on your local network as well. Utter rubbish!

What's wrong with this ID login ??? I can't login anymore from my android device. It can't find my HCL. I want my remote access back ! You should make this transition seamless not this mess.

App is so annoying to use after last update. Stop nagging about fibaro id. I do NOT want remote access in any way!

UPDATE: App constantly crashes on startup, tried reinstalling, didn't help. There's no way to see past events, like an event log. For example, 'Door opened at 13:16'.

Fibaro ID Nagscreen everywhere makes this app very unusable with the latest update.

The new ID that we were forced to create works on the webpage but does not work with the app, now I have lost remote control, appsolutley murdured a system that used to work...

Android App is very poor when compared to Apple app. Please put some time into it and make it just as good as the Apple app. If I had only experienced it via Android I would have considered replacing it.

Can't even use devices on Lan since updates to fibaro ID. Tries all the manuals and FAQs. Broken a perfectly working system.

It's very clean and organized, but needs fingerprint scanning login capability.. also why still no RTSP video feed!?!?

Login with the new Fibaro ID that has been forced on everyone, does not work with this app. Works fine on iPhone. Cannot even configure local only mode since I cannot get past the ID screen. Not a well thought through deployment of a new identity system...

An update happened without warning, wiping all device info, and requiring a completely new setup. I've already stopped using Fibaro in the house as it doesn't go through walls well, so was unreliable - I only use it in the garage now. This has confirmed I wouldn't trust Fibaro with anything important like lighting, heating, alarms or vital devices.

What the hell do u think? Forcing A ID and login I do not want any connection to outside world - no accounts no remote no nothing BASTARD'S I PAID 800$ FOR MY HOME CENTER2 AND CAN NOT USE IT ANYMORE IN MY OWN LAN! SHAME ON YOU YOU HAVE HORRIBLE SUPPORT FOR USA AND NOW THIS.

Why u force me to creat Fibaro ID, I just use my local connection. Very disapointment for this version. please correct it quickly

Does not work anymore after the last update. Fix it now! This sucks. The app is useless now. Cannot control anything anymore.

I always get 'invalid username or pw' when trying to access my home center 2 using this app. it's a huge problem since um using it for display for customers and they aren't very understanding.

I have not been able to use the Fibaro app via remote access for over a week. It's the second time in less than 6 months that the remote access was disrupted for a long period.

1-Devices settings, Rooms settings and sections settings in app required admin login and after update we forced to change it and in access control it's only power user 2- for blind users they need voice commands to control its better than screen reader so why amazon echo solution has been blocked in the forum. 3-vision lock 1702 is not working please add it with all it's features. Thanks in advance

I don't know what has changed with the app. But recently both the wife and I are having the same connectivity issues. You connect via WiFi, it works, you connect via 4g, it works. You go back home on your WiFi and it stops working as it can't find the HC2 apparently. Hit settings and find the HC2 and it logs in no issues. Back on 4g it suddenly says invalid login or password. Seriously Fibaro, for such an expensive piece of kit, the app needs to work consistently. I'm getting fed up now...

Good interface but I never get alarm at my phone when the alarm has been reached. When i just login to the app I see that alarm has been on. No notification i get even I added my own notifications. Another thing is that in the app there is no event panel. So you never know if the lamp goes really on or not. Just it shows that the lamp is on but actually it was not. App should be better at pushing notification otherwise it's really worthless.

Was working fine connecting to the home center lite and using the remote access. Recent updated destroyed it. I can remote access through home lan and Web browser, but not the app. Hope the developers fix it soon. Shall review again when the issues are fixed.
