I usually love this app but, Where did the PAY BILLS selection go? How the hell am I able to make payments now?

Seems like every month I am calling the branch to reset my password because it tells me my password is invalid. Which it wasn't. Anyway, it should have OPTION to reset it on the app. OR CHANGE PASSWORD MONTHLY BY Using security questions etc... And making it more convenient.

You can do all your mobile banking right from your phone where ever you are. The only hitch and it's probably a good security measure is it won't store your password. Fresh logins can be time consuming.

When you deposit a check, and take a front picture, it gets deleted after you take the second back picture and vice versa.

Cannot login. Not happy at all!

Deposit check camera resolution is way out of whack. I even messed with the camera settings in my phone and it still does not work. I have to hold my phone a good foot away to get the check in the lines provided and by then the check is too small. Please fix and thank you this is since the newest update a few days ago.

This app is great for checking up on my accounts while on the go. The only problem I've had with it is that the check deposit doesn't work. No matter how many times I've tried.

I really created an account there, cause I saw that you can deposit checks directly from your smartphone. Today I tried 10 times 2 different checks and it always had some sort of a problem and couldn't read my check, although the picture I've taken is perfect.

No matter what I do the app won't read and accept my check deposits! Either says need endorsement or its out of focus all the time. Fix fix fix!

Useless app. CC5 is 5 years behind other banks apps, but the security features are TWICE as complicated.

Have gone through complete system login. Have reset password twice (through customer service) from the one cc5 had given me and still telling me my id/ password is invalid. Can login through browser but not this worthless app. Thanks cc5

Works great for me. I first had to call and get a temporary PIN which i used to complete a long but secure login process for online banking. I had no problem with the application probably because i signed up for online banking first since the system was overhauled.

If you have an issue logging in, cc5 has changed your password.

I get needing to go dark for a few days to do a major update, but the rollout on this failed. If there's a new app, then give a link to download it, don't just tell us with an error message. I don't understand why, now that I've downloaded it, I can't login. Another friend is also not able to use the new app either.

I suspect the low raters are technologically handicapped. Setup is simple if you can read English and follow directions.

UPDATED REVIEW. Deposit check icon is now there and deposit function enabled and working. This was my critique with the initial install.

You must need a National Geographic camera and lighting. Refuses to accept any check in florescent lighting.

Followed procedures provided and was set up quickly on line. The mobile process was super quick & was able to make check deposits right away.
