Many useful features, thank you for taking off the training wheels and increasing this apps potential. Wish I could see my pending billpays and previous online payments...

This app is awful. I got it so I could deposit checks with my phone, and it can't even do that. I filled out the form online and it said I was eligible, but there is no button for Mobile Deposit anywhere. Completely pointless.

Love the mobile deposit and to use for quick balance checks

At times the app asks security questions that do not relate to me so it says incorrect password. Mobile deposit doesn't work on asus tablet. Cell phone takes the pic but error can't read it even though light and clarity are great. Website is the way to go. I say we keep it simple rather than deploy broken tools.

sucks i cant see all my past transactions? it only shows recent transaction doesnt show history

Never works always says system error.

App usually works pretty well but the last 2 days its said its having system failures and this is how I check my bank account. Please fix and update. This is truly obnoxious

Constantly having issues good app when it works. App will allow me to log in sometimes but then wont allow me to tranfer money waste of time and totally useless

App is garbage and so is the credit union. Only good thing was the tellers.

Had this bank for years. Took 5 months of effort involving bank to get online. Figured I could install and use the app now. Nope! Installed, opened it up, and it yells "ERROR ERROR ERROR" and still hasn't stopped. It's a wonder why the bank isn't doing very well in a world that's so mobile. Get it together! You guys are making Capital One more and more attractive!

I've looked to see if I could mobile deposit into a different account and it appears that I cannot. Disappointed, because I closed the account associated with mobile banking.

This app gets 5 stars just for enabling me to deposit my checks remotely! In response to all the other reviews saying it doesn't have mobile deposit--yes, it does! You have to apply with TruStone to have Mobile Deposit enabled before the option will show up in the app. So if you don't see a "Mobile Deposit" button with the other buttons on the main menu, then that means you need to apply for it and have it enabled.

Pleasee fix! I kept getting error message and it doesnt tell me whats wrong other than that the app is fine as usual but now it wont let me log in becuase the error message kept popping out

If I had a dollar every time an error stopped me from logging in, I could afford Wellsfargo's fees.

I feel safe when using the app, which is top priority when online banking. Opening the app without internet then touching 'retry' gives infinite loop of alert boxes. Syntax and data visualization needs a little work. I could guess this would be a problem for many older users/irregular Internet users. Overall one can can fullfil their basic online banking needs.

Stopped working. Tried everything but it will let me only take a pic of the front or back of check and that just don't cut it for deposits! Lame

It won't let me enroll in mobile deposits and they closed the Trustone branch in my city.

If it worked it would be great.

I don't like that the error messages don't tell you what is wrong, just simply show the error number. I also wish there was mobile check deposit on this. Other than that the app is fine. Nothing super special one way or the other.

Let me start by saying, I love Trustone. This review only reflects the app. Unfortunately it has removed the option to give your different accounts nicknames, or alias. This was very useful, as we have 7 accounts to manage. Otherwise, it functions well.

Add a save id option to login

Let me start by saying, I love Trustone. This review only reflects the app (and new website) the app as well as website have removed the option to give your different accounts nicknames, or alias. This was very useful, as we have 7 accounts to manage. Also, the old app showed your available balance, reflecting recent purchases that were still pending. This app doesn't seem to do that. Feels more like a downgrade... Though logging in is easier.
