The newest update is a UI change but it does not fix the fact that no one can log in! Are the developers even reading the reviews?!

App is finally coming around

It's like Ms Brown stated, you input the correct password, then you have to change it, then go in to input the new one, and you still can't get in. They really need to work on the app too. The same thing happen when you go online and have to input the password. I really don't like this banking tools. Please fix this problem for android phones... Geesh!!!!

This is literally my first review ever. I can never log into this app. Leading to me having to drive across town every time I need to know my balance. And here is the big deal. I've had this issue for the last year and a half. So it is clear that they are never going to fix it. I even considered switching banks. This is ridiculous considering this should be a easy app to fix and maintain.

I use this app all of the time. Now it won't let me log on. Not a password issue. Please fix asap. We are now in May and it still doesn't work. It uses to work so well. Will have to uninstall if the issues don't get resolved soon.

Unable to login. I'm logging in with the correct information and everything. It is still telling me invalid information. I went to the bank several times to change my password but that wasn't it. So please fix! Thank u. It is a wonderful app but it needs some working.

Dear Developer, Please revert back to the old display, and fix the login issue. Cannot access my account due to an unknown error.

Please fix it keep putting correct user ID and password and keep saying invalid. And it just started happen today never had a problem before.

App works well as long as you login reguarly. If you don't log in for a while you have to reset the password for security reasons.

Why do you need access to my files, media and such??? Nope... Ain't happening.

The new update is great. Looks clean.

Since last update,when i am on wifi, i can't log in and it says it encountered an error when i log in but when I'm on 4G net it let's me log in. FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!!! Also,I would like to see an option to save the username.

I've tried reinstalling this application multiple times (each time after a new release/update) and always get an "account not active" error message. My account is very much active, and my account login information works just fine when I use the website...

The mobile app doesn't recognize usernames and password. I have to login through the Internet on the website. Mobile app gives account not active message everytime I try to login.

Keeps saying account not active. Works fine when I log on from the website.

Since the last update, the information on the account is not updating with the latest activity.

If you can't make deposits with this app, it's pretty much useless. Come on guys, all the other banks have the deposit capability. I can't believe they would launch it without a deposit feature.

Could be alot better. Seems lazy.

The instructions on the website are definitely not clear to help you understand setting up your online account. The app does not have "deposit" button at the bottom like the website says it should, therefore I can't deposit checks.

I love this app. It is so convenient and right at my finger tips. Anytime i need to check my accounts its there

Should show activity for all accounts, not just personal. Online billpay setup good.
