Used to work but I get processing error every time. Been waiting for this yo be fixed but no one seems to care. Here I was thinking this was a good bank. It's now been two weeks and still doesn't work. This app is good for literally nothing as it doesn't even update transactions quickly at all. Absolutely pathetic. I originally posted this in SEPTEMBER and remote deposit still doesn't work. Do you people even look at reviews?

Useless. The remote deposit used to work very well. Now it just throws an error "Remote Deposit Error - Error configuring camera." This royally sucks. As a student long distance, this is the only way I have to deposit my fiancee's portion of rent each month. I will gladly revise my review should they fix this issue, but until they did, it's not worth space it takes up in the app store.

Love app but would love to have the fingerprint option and bill pay.

Easy to use and navigate

Can see transactions, but cannot see account balances on the account page. Making the app useless.

No remote deposit option?

I love this app helps me pay bills and keep an eye on my money. Also love the fact I can do transfers on it.

Password and account number entered still won't access account

Good for checking my accounts, and that's about it. Remote Deposit is hard to work with unless you have just the right amount of light., My transaction history is slow to update, too. There's no way to contact First Commonwealth from the app. And their mobile site isn't much different.

Only complaint is that the transaction history is slow to update.

Don't left saw the transaction in the credit car

I have been using this app since it was available and I like it a lot. Having the ability to check account balances and transactions on my phone is awesome. I have used a lot the remote deposit feature with no problems, which saves me a trip to the bank just to deposit a small check.

Is good to see you money, but can't otrust you balance because is not out date to the minute. .need to go to a computer to see all transactions. ..can be much better

It's good so I can have an up to date balance of my accounts but if o need to see any pending transactions I have to log on via pc....would it be so hard to have access to more items on this app? It's bad enough that this credit unions rates have gotten worse than others but you give us this cheaply made app? Come on!

Nice to see available balance but need to view the holds that are on the account as well

The only reason I use the app is for remote deposit. I was forced to install a new app for some unknown reason. Well, the remote depot gives me an error message of "cannot read image". After more than 10 tries, I am done.

Easiest banking i have ever done. I love this bank and this app is just icing on the cake.

Good for checking my accounts, but that's about it. Remote Deposit is annoying to work with. Even when I try to find a dark enough background and check the lighting, it's nearly impossible to get a clear photo of my checks.

It would be awesome, If you can view anything thats still on hold, like the actual desktop site

Terrible!

I can't see my checking only my savings and i can't see my transactions.

Downloaded app a week ago, just went in to use epayer and I couldn't submit any payments let me cancel it but not submit, its a great app so please fix e payer

Makes it easy to manage my money dont have to go to the bank check in or wait in the line just manage/watch my money when ever and where ever.
