Won't let me log in! So incredibly annoying. Not user friendly.

It will not sign me in. Was working just fine but now it won't let me sign in!

Very easy to log into the app using multiple accounts as well as transferring between multiple accounts.

So easy to use! Check deposit and Quick Balance save me so much time.

Doesnt work at night. Other than that great but at night it wont let me log in!!!

Everyone!!!!! Please reinstall this ORNL APP! It's just been updated! After you do that, you'll Love the new brand THRIVE.

well, it was working but seems to ineffective again when it comes to payments (bill pay). the list of payees does not pull back the list and eventually times out. this might have started failing after a few monthly patches to android.

Maybe the low ratings are due to specific device hiccups. I've never had any problems using Motorola T2/lollypop, iPhones or iPads. Fingerprint capability and multiple acct pulldown menu are really nice updates! I have used all functions; check deposit, xfers, payments...everything works! Would like to see page view in accts added on Android like in iOS.

I can no longer transfer funds. I keep getting an error message "We are having technical difficulties...". This also invalidates my session and I'm then forced to log back in. App is now useless!!! I DO NOT LIKE BEING FORCED TO UPDATE TO A SPECIFIC VERSION!!! THE CURRENT 4.4 VERSION IS BROKEN. THIS IS WHY I DON'T LIKE BEING FORCED TO UPDATE. THIS IS A BOGUS PRACTICE. I too am a developer, and for more platforms than just Android. Just know that this pisses me off to no end!!!

Needs a way better update haven't been able to login on for the last 10 or god knows how many updates. There supposed to making this easy banking. It's easier for me to wait till I get home and get on my laptop cause it won't let me login on this app or I have to go threw Google Chrome and I shouldn't have to. Update this app or don't even have it on the market place to download. I've also have called ornlfcu and they can't seem to help me either. Would love to b able to check my stuff on this app

Try to use this app I got to the register device and all it would do is sit there and say it was loading after I put it in my email code and nothing ever happened

I HAVE HAVE HAD SEVERAL LOANS FROM ORNL INCLUDING OUR HOUSE AND OVER THE YEARS 6 THAT I CAN THINK OF.ANOTHER WAS ACTUALLY A SIGNATURE LOAN,THE INTEREST WAS HIGH BUT I UNDERSTOOD.I NEVER THOUGHT A BANK WOULD EVER BE SO GOOD TO PEOPLE.WELL THEN THIS:RECENTLY WE WENT TO FINANCE ANOTHER CAR FOR OUR DAUGHTER AFTER RECENTLY PAYING OFF OUR 2011 CAMARO AND A $12,000 DOLLAR SIGNATURE LOAN..WE WAS DENIED!.THE UNDERWRITER SAID WE CAN’T AFFORD THIS $300.00 DOLLAR A MONTH PAYMENT.DUE TO BE MEDICAL BILLS THAT SHOWED UP ON OUR CREDIT REPORT.CREDIT SCORE NOW 630 DUE TO THESE BILLS.SO NOW IT SEEMS THIS DOWN HOME PILLAR OF THE COMMUNITY BANK HAS FALLEN INTO THE PROTOCOL OF WALL STREET STYLE BANKING.WHERE THERE IS NO THOUGHT,NO COMMON SENSE AND NO PERSONALITY IN THE PROCESS JUST NUMBERS.SO EASY A CAVEMAN OR CAVEWOMAN CAN DO IT.WELL IF THAT IS WHAT IT TAKES TO BECOME AN UNDERWRITER AT ORNL.PUT IN A TOUCH SCREEN LOAN SERVICE AND SAVE US ALL SOME TIME.AMAZING HOW UNCOMMON COMMON SENSE IS. Its been almost a year now and the app still tells me experiencing technical difficulties every time I log in

What on earth is going on with your app?? For the last several months it will work for like 10 mins then start kicking me off.. now it doesnt even open at all

With the latest "update" it has actually regressed to frustrating garbage. It will work for a while then you'll have several days where you CAN log in but can't get into your accounts due to "we are experiencing a technical error." Then your forced to use the browser. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! AND NOW YOU CAN'T USE YOUR MOBILE BROWSER TO ACCESS? I'm really really close to moving all my funds.

Every Friday the app. Messes up and you can't see account balances

Look at Y12FCU app for a good app. Can't stop lost/stolen card with the app.

App requires unnecessary permissions. Even if you allow all, the app still will not load past the login screen. No errors, just doesn't accept your password. Font size and ui is difficult to read on mobile devices. In the past when the login worked, the check deposit didn't.

It was working great but now it will not let me log in! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, did no good. Its worthless to me now.

I use this app daily basis, if it will let me? Seems like half the time I can't log in !?!?!. Ever time I really need to check a balance or transfer funds before I pay a bill it want let me log in?!?! ... VERY ,VERY, VERY, AGGRAVATED!!!!!!!!!! After reading all these reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having this problem!?!?! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.... It seems worse after installing newest update?!?!

Recent update has left app useless to me. I can open my account but can only view account balances. When I try to open a specific account to view transactions I get an error message "EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER." I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app to no avail. The app in its current state is useless to me. Please fix.

This app breaks down more than a Ford Pinto.

I haven't had any issues with the app. I do everything I need to on it. Makes life a lot easier!!

mobile check deposit does not work with business accounts (only personal accounts), app won't let you select which account to deposit the money to, seams to be a glitch.

Love being able to check my balance, transfer money, et cetera on the go! Not working so well for WiFi check deposits, though.

The app refuses to recognise the back of the check, no matter what background I use, black or white. Check is pristine. Please fix this and I will reevaluate the app.

App works great, the UI is a bit stuck in 2011. Having trouble with quick balance.
