Very perfectible app. The login process is repetitive and insecure: you need to login every time you open the app, or even several times if the app shuts down due to weak network (yes it is unstable also...). And the passcode is just your NRIC number and birthdate... very insecure! I must also mention that finding a dental clinic is very complex and that benefits outdated by almost one year are still displayed.

I login, click TMC and it take forever to load. Totally suck when you need it while you sick but the apps turn you down.

Lousy. Not enough instructions! Uninstall it. Doesnt serve the purpose. Failure.

I was able to log in last year, now i change phone and reinstall the app, it keep on prompting id/date of birth error

it will be great if this apps can allow us to view our own medical check up report.

Keep asking for ID and birthday. All info correct but still cannot log in.

Please add in auto log in function. Make us easy log in to use this app.

App asks for my ID and date of birth, then puts me on a screen with a dialogue box to enter my phone number. Apparently I need to fill in all the fields, even though only one is there. Garbage app.

Very simple UI

This app got problem, I try to load the page it displays there as can't access becuase there is no Internet connection when my phone is already connected to the Wi-Fi, I try to use mobile data also can not access in also, I also try to uninstall and re-install the app again but is still the same results. Please fix this problem as soon as possible thanks

Logs out most of the time and keeps telling me that my phone is not connected to the internet. And why do I always see a notification to install the app inside the app itself?

You must be kidding me... Can't log in. It says no internet connection whereas I'm having full bar 4G connection. This app is a joke.

I was able to log in during the launch but now unable to log in at all! Keep telling me wrong username and password !! Waste my time!

This app is truly useless. Logs in and then says no internet connection, despite being used via my fibre broadband which is running perfectly!!! Please completely retest!!!!

It used to be great. After update, it keep asking user to update and update each and every single time you try to log in. The "improvement" killed this app.

Please consider doing away with the repeated log in, especially asking for number and email.

User ID is case-sensitive, using lowercase letters worked for me. Not very intuitive to use.

Had to uninstall because it kept crashing, and when I installed it again to use, my antivirus warned me that this app has trojans!

Why do I have to log in every time

Unable to login and keep asking the same info which is given correctly. Due to this, I cannot find any panel clinic nearby and need to fork out cash. Lousy unusable apps!!!!!

How come it don't show the icon for finding the nearby GP in the home page? Can someone fix it.

Are you serious? You littered this app with "test ads" and there's no way to close it? I'd give zero stars for this if I could.
