Hospital Granollers

Hospital Granollers és l’aplicació mòbil de l’Hospital General de Granollers que permet als pacients conèixer el temps d’espera a urgències, localitzar on és l’Hospital i trucar als telèfons d’atenció a l’usuari. A més, disposa d’una part privada on els pacients poden informar-se de les seves visites programades.
Per registrar-se a la part privada, cal personar-se a Admissions de l’Hospital, amb una identificació i un correu electrònic. L’aplicació també permet que des d’un mateix dispositiu es puguin consultar les visites d’altres persones. Si són menors d’edat, presentant el llibre de família; si són altres adults, presentant un consentiment signat pel mateix adult i la fotocòpia del seu DNI.

Condicions legals

Aquesta aplicació és propietat de la Fundació Privada Hospital Asil de Granollers, en endavant FPHAG.

L’informem que les seves dades seran incorporades en el fitxer Pacients de la FPHAG. La finalitat d’aquest fitxer és la prestació de l’assistència sanitària sol·licitada per l’usuari i la posterior facturació de la mateixa, així com també la investigació i docència.

Les seves dades només seran accessibles als usuaris de la FPHAG que ho requereixin per a desenvolupar les funcions pròpies del seu lloc de treball i en cap cas es cediran a tercers sense previ consentiment de l’afectat. Pot exercir els drets d’accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició davant del responsable del fitxer, adreçant-se per escrit al servei d’atenció a l’usuari de la FPHAG a Av. Francesc Ribas, s/núm. 08402 Granollers o a l’email atencioclient@fhag.es.

L'ús de l'aplicació està reservat als majors de 18 anys, prèvia autentificació als taulells d'admissions del mateix Hospital. Qualsevol accés a aquestes dades fruit de la cessió de claus, pèrdua, robatori, furt o descuit serà responsabilitat única de l'usuari d'aquest terminal. La FPHAG declina tota responsabilitat sobre aquesta matèria. L'usuari es compromet a respectar la integritat i veracitat de la informació subministrada a la FPHAG, incorrent en la cancel•lació d'aquest servei en cas que la FPHAG detectés alguna irregularitat.
