DO NOT RELY ON THIS! I done this while stressed and panicky with anxiety issues and said I was calm n happy also said my heart rate was normal when it wasn't. It is not correct at all. Even got few friends yo try it n it was wrong

It's so easy to use and super convenient for those times when you don't have access to a machine! I've never had an issue with getting any "off readings" nor have I had any problems with the app itself so I highly recommend it :)
