SMS Scheduler is very nice, simple and user friendly text message scheduler application comes with Material Design. It allows you to create new text messages and specify when to send them. You can even create recurring text messages to serve as reminders to an individual or groups. It is more flexible and easy to use than any other scheduler application.
Basic Features:
• Create, update and delete schedule messages
• Recipients can be typed in directly or selected from contacts
• Multiple recipients can be chosen from customized contacts or group list
• Choose message text from predefined templates
• Create, edit or delete your own groups which remain private to the application
• Create unlimited templates or simply add custom messages to templates
• Enter quick message using Google Voice Input functionality

Doesn't specify whether it sends as a group message or individually to each recipient. I'd rather not have to make an event for every user to ensure it sends separately. Please add a setting for this, I could see both being useful for everyone. The repetitive scheduler could use tweaking too. Why select a date for weekly messages rather than a day of the week? It's not a huge deal, but would make sense. The same goes for the other options, respectively. Other than that, I have yet to use it, but look forward to it and hope I can depend on it to manage some reminders to others for me.

Add start and end time for hourly repeat like only from 9am to 6pm or time range then repeat msg daily in same range or hourly in same range. Also add multi schedule to same sms.duplicate sms schedule with contacts and text etc.

the scheduled text delivers only if you responded to the confirmation popup. it would be great if user can choose not to confirm in settings.

It works and it's one of the more recently updated schedulers. I don't want to use third party SMS apps so this is a good compromise.

my is note 4, work for daily repeat but not for weekly or monthly. I tried for 2 months already. Need to fit the problem

I bought the AD free version and it does not seem to be working on my Nexus 6. When I schedule something it just sits there and does not send out the text message.
