SNCT Uberlândia

Desde de 2004 o Ministério de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI) incentiva todo o Brasil a realizar ações relacionadas a divulgação científica e popularização da ciência. Pelo sétimo ano consecutivo, Uberlândia não deixa de participar!

Com intuito de fortalecer os laços entre ciência e sociedade, por meio de ações de popularização à ciência, a Semana Nacional de Ciência e Tecnologia - Uberlândia (SNCT - UDI) procura estabelecer uma “ponte”, atuando como mediador no diálogo entre pesquisadores e população, convidando a comunidade de Uberlândia e região, em especial estudantes e professores da educação básica, a ampliar discussões de temas ligados à ciência e à tecnologia, participar de ações que valorizam a criatividade e contribuir para a formação de cidadãos criativos, mais críticos e esclarecidos.
Esse ano as atividades têm como tema central “Ciência alimentando o Brasil”, além é claro, de contemplar ações de divulgação das áreas da ciência e tecnologia.

In order to strengthen the ties between science and society through popularization of actions to science, the National Week of Science and Technology - Uberlandia (SNCT - UDI) seeks to establish a "bridge", acting as a mediator in the dialogue between researchers and population , inviting the community of Uberlândia and region, especially students and teachers of basic education, to broaden discussions of topics related to science and technology, participate in actions that value creativity and contribute to the formation of creative citizens, more critical and enlightened .
This year's activities have as central theme "Science fueling Brazil", and of course, to include publicity actions in the areas of science and technology.
