Guitar Tuner Free - Fender Tune

Nov 21, 2017: I just got spammed via a notification from this app re a sale (Black Friday or Cyber Monday etc.), however, there is no setting in the app to opt in/out of these notifications. I have since blocked the app from pushing notifications to my phone.

This app didn't ask for more money to tune in alternate tunings like the other apps out there. I tune to drop C, this app has it installed ready to go.

Doesn't show me any indication how close I am to the correct note in order to tune my guotar, which is the entire reason I downloaded the app. Playing the note doesn't help me much. Can't find any help on hoe to troubleshoot. Microphone is enabled.

By far my favorite tunner it helps me a lot, i have external tunner but this app works better for me definitely thums up

I love this app. It's the best tuner for Android. But there is no ability to delete recently introduced custom tunings

Fender Tuner app works great for my Fender acoustic guitar and seems to be spot on. It's super easy to use and very accurate if you can find a fairly quiet spot to tune your guitar. I have used other tuner apps like yousician and also an external tuner but prefer Fender tuner app.

Great for tuning but why can i not delete my custom tunings? in your help it tells you how but only for Crapple, it simply says that android currently doesnt support custom tunings which is incorrect as ive created them, just no way of deleting them? Using Android Nougat, Samsung Galaxy S8.

Hey love the app but I have rated it 4 stars to really make this 5 stars it would be amazing if you guys added a metronome cheers.

Pretty good, does the job half of the time. The interface of the app makes me come back to it. Easiest to see and operate than any other tuner app I've tried.

Love the game but it's unplayable with the ads after every single turn. Complete waste of phone space and my time.

Doesn't pick anything up for the thickest string (bass). Might be a glitch/bug that needs fixing. Other 3 strings register fine.

This tuner is really all I have to get lower tunings for free but its absolutely terrible at doing it. Whether I have no volume or that amp is cranked up it wont even register my note.

Honestly, just so bad. I wouldn't even register sound and when it finally said everything was tuned up correctly, it wasn't. Just Guitar Tuna.

Latest version sends notifications that send you to a website and with no way to turn them off. Out of touch with user preferences much, Fender? Uninstalled.

A good tuner overall. My only complaint so far is that you cant play a note continuously in manual mode. You have to tap on the note every time you want to hear it. Please add that feature.

It's kinda slow and doesn't show you accuracy details like some other apps do. Animations after each successful note recognized are a waste of time. People want to tune their guitar as fast as possible.

I just restrung my acoustic guitar and because we have just moved to a new house, I havnt unpacked my tuner yet, so instead of pulling the three boxes apart that have my music gear in, I thought why not download one, I picked the best one first time. It is a good app, I can't fault it so I recommend it and not even as a backup, it is a genuine tuner...

It's good for tuning-half the time. Even when I am in a completely quiet place to tune, it puts strings of by half steps or even full steps at times. The custom tuning feature doesn't seem to work as I am not able to set an A as the note for the G string, for example. Please fix this, as it is a good idea for a feature

Great tuner. Also suggest and tells how to tune using ears only. Simple elegant UI design. Option to tune guitar to different tuning settings

It kept saying I was strumming a different string. It is all over the place and not helping me at all

FIX NAMES IN REGISTERING, I CANT USE A HYPHENATED NAME! IT SAYS "invalid name format"

This app made me break my guitar string on a fairly new guitar. Quite disappointing.

Fender has the best bass tuner. I play in Drop D or Drop C.No other apps can even get me close enough!!! Get it. It's the best free app!!!

It's a great app, I just hate how the lower strings of my bass cannot be heard, it makes it extremely frustrating and hard tune!

It's the simplest tuner I've find which is a good thing. It's not very accurate but what do you expect from a mobile tuner, after all?

Works pretty well. I use it when I'm breaking in new strings or trying a different tuning then tune the rest by ear cause being a mobile app it's definitely not 100% accurate but still worth having

Borderline unusable! When trying to tune both my 4 string bass and 6 string guitar the tuner goes all over the place telling me it's too high for a moment before telling me it's too low but mostly saying nothing at all and sometimes when playing the E string it would somehow think it's the G and that it's too high! Absolutely useless. Guitar tuna is much better and even manages to tune my guitars when not plugged into am amp.
