Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca Efendi

Cübbeli Ahmet Hoca'mızın Hayatını Baba Yusuf ÜNLÜ Anlatıyor:

“Ahmet, 27 Şubat 1965 yılında Fatih Çarşamba’da dünyaya geldi. Ahmet’in doğduğu ve çocukluğunun geçtiği ev, İsmailağa Camisi’ne çok yakındı. O, henüz üç yaşlarında iken benimle birlikte İsmailağa Camisi’ne gidip gelmeye başladı. O kadar küçüktü ki, bazi cami cemaati, Ahmet’i camiye getirmememi istiyordu. “Bu yaşta çocuk, camiye getirilir mi?” diyorlardı. Ezan okunduğunda evden çıkmamla beraber peşime takılır, beraberce camiye giderdik.

İsmailağa Camii o zamanlar bu derece yoğun ilgi odağı değildi. Mahmut Hocaefendi’nin cemaati bugünkü gibi olmadığı için, namaz sonlarında onunla oturup mihrapta muhabbet eder, beraberce camiden çıkardık.

Yine bir gün namazdan sonra camiden, Mahmut Efendi ile birlikte çıkıyorduk. Karlı bir hava vardı ve eski İsmailağa Camisi’nin merdivenleri buz tutmuştu. Efendi Hazretleriyle beraber merdivenlerden iniyorduk. Yaklaşık olarak dört yaşlarında olan Ahmet’te yanımızdaydı. Ahmet bir anda elimden fırladı, o buzlu merdivenlerden kayarak yere düştü. Ben o sırada Ahmet ‘i tuttum ve ona sitem ettim. Sitem edince ,

Efendi Hazretleri dedi ki :

-Sen ona fazla kızma, onun terbiyesini bize bırak, zira biz ona gerekli terbiyeyi öğretiriz, dedi. İsmailağa Camii Şerifi Ahmet’in ikinci evi olmuştu. Efendi Hazretleri’nin de manevi himayesine girmişti. Evde olmadığı zamanlarda başka yerde aramamıza gerek yoktu, biliyorduk ki Ahmet Camidedir.
