This app used to be great but now freezes constantly on HTC. A very annoying app after years of use I finally will be uninstalling. Latest upgrade is a joke the app freezes completely now. You gave to switch off your phone to unfreeze it. Far better news apps out there

Good app for catching up on Irish news, but the quality of the app itself is pretty poor. When I get a notification of a big news story (~3 times a day) I tap on it, it will bring me to an article that I opened weeks ago. Every so often it will open directly to the right article (yay) but then this will become the article I will be directed to every time for the coming weeks (not yay). Needs work. Freezes often too

Freezes all the time and crashed the entire phone on two occasions. Pity because I still read the indo in work.

So trying to scroll through any article is now a chore. After I drag my finger up along an article, the page shoots up back to the start instead of staying at the part of the article I want to read. I think it's to do with the loading of pictures video within the article.

Same issue as mentioned by other poster. The push notifications never open the article mentioned, always an older already viewed one.

Last update means video playback doesn't work and app crashes and kicks you out after clicking into a story.

Really annoying audio from ads. Car zone ad an example that always comes on with audio. Lots of others too. Can't mute it only for that particular play. Really annoying

Ads ads ads.. will use a different app due to ad's everytime i click into the app

Not happy with the full screen ads and annoying audio, used to be a.great news app but not anymore.

Since new update it keeps crashing and wont play videos

Awful app with pop-up video ads that blast audio. Also force scrolls in order to ensure that you see the entire banner ad. Much better options out there that don't shove advertising down your throat.

Horrible app. Pop-up ads. The in article ads are awkwardly placed and take away from the reading experience. The layout is clunky. It fails on so many levels.

Very long ads run before videos and pop up are an annoyance. Sullies what otherwise is a solid news app.

Keeps crashing, app doesn't update stories,constant intrusive non stop ads,Keeps freezing. Quality of writing is very poor! No structure to the stories. #moriartytribunal

Has an anouying video pop ups with loud audio. That open while reading articles making it unusable. Have no issue's with ads but when they are aggressive and intrusive like this its not acceptable

Like the app and having access to current news. I don't mind the ads really as you can just press back up and get out of them. The one thing that really annoys me is that most of the time the pictures next to a story are not the right ones and are not relevant to the news item. This is really putting me off the app.

Irrelevant stories, built in rightwing bias, too many adverts, keeps crashing and a drain on my battery and on the public purse. Filled with churnalists.

Gutter press owned by a corrupt POS who uses the media to sway public opinion rather than report relevant facts.

Sorry guys, the final straw for me are the full page ads that play whether you want them or not. Your app had way too many ads but I do understand your need for revenue but when the ad is a video full page and plays on its own ... thats way too intrusive for me. I advise anyone who would not be happy with full page loud video ads playing on their own to avoid this app

Shuts when the bookmarks tab is opened. Also when it works it fills up too quickly.

A pile of arse! Browser version still rules. At least include a search function. And include the writers name under the article. And allow comments. Then we'll talk.

Ads.. Ads and more ads. Really intrusive ones too that play sounds.. When you really don't want sounds from your phone. Like in the library. Or in mass. The worst.

Terrible app always has the wrong pictures to stories.

Please add a easy to access and toggle, night mode that's easier on your eyes in the dark like twitter has implemented. Also a politics section would be nice.

It's not a news app is and ad app. Click on a story....try this app Click on a story....try this app Read a few lines of a story get RSI scrolling to the rest of the article.

Freezes and fails to load stories. I have to close out of the app after reading one story and open it up again. Pls get this sorted - It happens from the 'top stories' or latest. It freezes and I am left with a a blank page that says 'pull to refresh' at the top. I generally close all apps frequently to save battery. I have to close out of the app and reload to read the next feed. I have tried clearing the cache and this doesn't fix it. No similar issues with other apps.
