You need to uninstall the update...click settings, then apps, near the top of the list is an app called 'android system webview' click on that and then click uninstall update..that should get you back in business..worked for me..(previously posted)
Fantastic app, really useful but tried it today and it is blank! Not sure if there was an upgrade I installed but doesn't work.
Upgrade has killed app. Please fix lost without it. Not gonna know when to go to work now.
Upgraded Samsung operating system and now only get blue screen. Was a good app when working
Problem still not fixed, last couple of weeks have had no app just a zoomed in blue screen.
Usually works but stopped working yest and even after uninstall & installing again won't work!
I've had this app since the start but last week the screen is just blue I've tried installing it again no change, what's up?
Thanks to John Shanahan who mentioned a fix for this app and it works. Go into Sertings, Apps, Android System WebView, click Uninstall Updates.

I have had this app since its release and have never had a problem until a week ago. Now when I open it all I get is a bus screen on my Samsung S5. I have uninstalled the app and re installed it several times bit it hasn't worked. Please help!
Was working grand till a few weeks ago. Now nothing but blue screen. No good until app issue is fixed.

Same problem as a lot of others. I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S3 to an S5 and since then has not worked. Just getting a blue screen when I open the app. Is this going to be fixed or am I going to have to start carrying around a diary again. That is so 2005!
Worked for me since the new rosters came in. It updated this morning and now I have a blue screen like everyone else.

Does not work on my HTC M8 since upgrade. Has worked on all my android phones until the upgrade. Lost without it. Please fix asap.

Go into settings. Then select apps. Then select the app, android system webviewer and select unistall update. App working again on my HTC running the latest software. Best of luck.

I'm not a guard but family members are,and this was great for knowing when they were working. I don't know why you haven't bothered to fix it,it's been down over a month.
